How do you take Tesa fasted at night?
I read "fasted" is considered 3-4 hours no food (no liquids?).
So people are eating dinner with the retirees at 6 and waiting to pen at 9 or 10 essentially?
Seems tough to pull off. I typically eat 8-9 and in bed by 9:30-10.
Just curious how others are going about this. Are there certain kinds of foods one could avoid to minimize the time needed to wait? My dinners are usually nothing more than seafood, a vegetable, cooked in olive oil.
