You all sure got quiet after thinking earnings would save your investment…

It’s the lowest price it’s been in the last year… before literally (almost) any of you got pulled into this pump and dump meme stock.

Down 82% in one year… down another 15% after earnings. None of you have any hope of getting your money back whatsoever.

The sad thing is, I know all of you will “claim” to be more bullish than ever and you’ll all “claim” to buy more… both things we all know are complete lies.

I truly have to wonder how much money some of you all lost on this obvious pump and dump. The only way this is ever back to $1 is the INEVITABLE stock split they have to do or else they will be delisted from Nasdaq (and then this will easily fall another 50%).

And I understand some of you have the mentality that “I’m already -75% so I might as well ride it to -100%. That’s an absolutely terrible and idiotic mindset and that’s exactly the type of investing intelligence that led you to throwing your money away here. Even if you already lost $9000… walking away with $1000 to restart and make something back is better than nothing, yet I know a majority of you are too stubborn to ever consider such a concept and rather lose it all and go down with this garbage ship.

And no… I’ve never had a position on this stock whatsoever and I’ve never shorted it or had puts. I just think it’s fascinating watching how you guys act. If I’m being realistic, I know none of you will sell “just to prove me wrong in 5 years” (which is never going to happen)…. But hey, more free entertainment. It’s your money, not mine. Good luck.

SIDU is a moonshot, but one I believe in at this level is worth a small investment.

It’s easy to look at the chart and see it has fell about 40-60% since highs in the mid $6 range. That being said, many space stocks have been cut in half since leading up 1-2 weeks before the Space X IPO on June 26th.

The other space stocks also tanked by a similar percentage. This hardly says anything about fundamentals and more about overall market conditions, the war, and space hype that came and went.

But, I’m not talking about investing in sidu at $6.50 or $4.50 or even $3… I’m talking about investing in sidu at $1.75, which is where we currently stand.

So, why do I think now is possibly a good entry? I’m not going to say “well it’s down 60%, how much lower can it go!?” I think that’s a terrible reason to invest in a stock. The reason I think now is the time is because of a few reasons that I believe actually hold some substance.

  1. the transition from fantasy to commercialization. If interested, I strongly suggest yall read the full 9 page shareholder report from 2 weeks ago. I’ll link it here. But essentially, they are transitioning from concept to scaling up towards progression towards making sales and a path towards profitability.

  1. recent new hire of Alan Khalil as CFO 1 week ago. He has 20 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and scaling for long term growth. The point of his hiring is strategic execution and increasing shareholder value as the company transitions to commercialization of their products and services.

  2. new satellite launching in/around October. On June 16th, the satellite passed initial vibration testing conducted in Orlando, Florida.

  3. partner with space x (whether that’s a good or bad thing, you can decide)… but that helps procure access to more funding or resources.

  4. their last earnings in March 2026 showed increase of revenue, increase of net income, and increase of net profits year over year. So, things are going in the right direction, but we’ll see what they have to say on August 13th for their next report.

  5. They have no outstanding debt, they diluted twice earlier this year, and are now sitting on somewhere around $170 million cash… so I hope… they don’t need to dilute or do an offering for a while, but who knows.

  6. included in Russel 2000 and 3000 index as of a month ago, meaning more institutional exposure to more investors.

If you’re wondering wtf sidu even does, basically: make satellites, mission planning, defense, and AI data management… a bunch of other stuff that you can google.

Are their risks? Definitely. The 5 year chart looks terrible and it will show you the stock is down like 99% over the last 5 years. Until they get substantial contracts… none of this means anything. Does it go back under $1 though? I doubt it but it’s possible. IMO the stock is unlikely to go down MUCH further, but it does have a high short interest around 30% so keep that in mind.

Now, in case my user name looks familiar, yes, I’m the idiot who lost $600k on RVSN. If that’s an instant red flag I don’t blame you haha. But I will say, I’m doing more than fine. I recovered more than double that with stocks like onds, nbis, micron, rklb, keel, and a few others.

Don’t get me wrong, this stock isn’t going anywhere this month or next month… but I think in a year or so it’s one to keep an eye on long term.

My position: 10,000 shares at $1.72 average.

LB: What new artist did you see/listen to for the first time and become a fan?

I know it’s crazy… but my answer is All Time Low.

I’m probably considered an “elder emo,” I grew up on blink, mcr, simple plan, the used, good charlotte, Hawthorne heights, senses fail, and etc when I was in high school…

So don’t ask me how it’s even possible lol… but I never heard of All Time Low in my entire life until Saturday when my gf dragged me to the front of the crowd. I must say, I was blown away and will definitely be listening to them all week!

What about you? Learn any new bands you became a new fan of that you previously never heard of or listened to?

I know the entire concept is space flight at all…

But I’d personally enjoy a DLC or stand alone game focused only on the Landmaster.

I think the Landmaster controls and abilities are decently fleshed out, mostly similar to the Arwing in most ways — except no somersault or u-turn ability.

They could do a mixture of all range mode missions and the common “on rails” missions similar to how the main game is. Can have the rest of the crew also in Landmasters with you or above in the Arwing, a mixture of both. Kind of disappointed we didn’t get some more Landmaster missions or at least have a Landmaster mode for multiplayer.

I know it will never happen… but I personally enjoy the Landmaster quite a bit, shame there’s only two levels but wish we got more of it. As for the Blue Marine, glad it only got one level haha, my personal least favorite mission was Aquas.

Anyway, any other big fans of the Landmaster and want more of it?

What character do you think would be the most underestimated in real life based on their non-threatening or unassuming appearance?

Bought a Mega Gardevoir ex on eBay, seller immediately deleted their account after saying it was shipped… Now it’s obvious why!

Assumed it was a scam to get my money, so I contacted eBay and was given a refund. Ended up buying another one immediately after from a seller with a much higher reputation.

Funny enough, they both arrived on the same day. Now it makes sense why they deleted their account immediately.

I think it’s obvious which one is fake or real, but here’s a cool comparison. Feel like the fakes have gotten better this era. The front design is even textured. But it’s highly reflective and the colors are off, so I still think it’s obvious, but just wanted to share. Don’t really know what to do with such a card lol.

The stock hit $4 a few months ago, diluted, and went back under $2… then it went up back to $6 recently, diluted… and know back under $3.

Besides “omg this is just a scam!” what do you guys think of the stock going forward, and if you have a position, how many shares are you sitting on and what average, and what do you think happens in the next 1, 5, 10 years here?

For those looking to still back it up, I couldn’t get it to work using the official sora back up resources.

I used the github chrome extension which backed up all my 1600 videos in about an hour.
