Hey guys, need some advice
I got rejected in the first round of a Cognizant on-campus drive last October. The cooling period is supposed to be 6–8 months, so I should be completely eligible to reapply by now.
However, my Superset portal is showing that I’m restricted from applying until November 2026.
I already tried reaching out to both Superset support and the CTS query team, but they completely brushed it off and weren't willing to consider or fix it.
Has anyone dealt with this specific glitch and successfully gotten around it?
Will creating a new profile on Superset with a different email and phone number work for off-campus drives, or will it flag as duplicate data because of my PAN/Aadhaar details?
Appreciate any leads or advice. Thanks!
Hey everyone, BCA 2026 fresher here. I just got called for an interview for a Server Support Engineer role. They sent over the terms beforehand, and honestly, some of this stuff is giving me major pause. Before I spend time preparing and going through the process, I wanted to ask if this is normal for a fresher support role:Package: 3 LPA (with a 2-month training period at ₹15k/month).
A 2-year agreement bond right out .
During the 6-month probation, it’s 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday (2nd/4th Saturdays off). 10-hour days, 6 days a week sounds absolutely brutal. No Breaks: Zero leaves allowed for the first 6 months unless it's a literal emergency. The Exit: A 3-month notice period once you're permanent.
The 60-hour work weeks during probation sound like instant burnout, and a 2-year bond for 3 LPA feels like a lot to ask.But since the job market is a bit tight, I'm torn. Should I even bother giving this interview? Also, does "Server Support" actually look good on a resume if I want to move into DevOps or Cloud later?Would love to hear what you guys think!
TL;DR of the Job Terms:Role & Pay: Server Support Engineer in Coimbatore. 3 LPA CTC (₹15k/month during 2-month training). The Bond: 2-year mandatory agreement. The Grind: 9 AM to 7 PM, 6 days a week during probation (10-hour days). The Rules: Zero leaves for the first 6 months. 3-month notice period after confirmation.

Being a Tamizh Guy am not much into tollywood films..
I will watch something any good films or a big hero films often in telugu cinema.
Planning to watch Peddi and had some expectations then reviews got me broke down. Also
And I couldn't able to watch Game changer more than a half-hour.
Really loved RRR and recently I felt ramcharan Need a breakthrough..
Some were said like rc can do another 10 peddi and not another 1 Rangasthalam . There it got me.
Watched that movie. Really loved the film i haven't expected this kind of writing or a film from Sukumar.
Being a mega star RC really nailed that role.

Hey everyone, I just graduated with a BCA degree (2026 batch) and received my final results, so I am officially no longer a student. Unfortunately, my college did not provide good placement opportunities, and while I managed to reach the final interview rounds at a few decent companies, I wasn’t able to crack them. Right now, the only backup offer I have is for a non-voice BPO process, but my ultimate goal is to work strictly within the core IT and software sector. I am currently upskilling to make myself more marketable, but I am facing a few major dilemmas and could really use your advice, experience, and insights. I recently started learning Data Analytics, but I’ve been hearing a lot of market buzz claiming that the entry-level data analytics market is oversaturated or "sinking" for freshers, so I am wondering if it is still worth pursuing or if I should pivot to something else. On top of that, because I don't have an IT job offer in hand yet, my parents are pressuring me to pursue a postgraduate degree like an MCA or MBA. Personally, I have absolutely no interest in further studies right now; I just want to enter the workforce and gain industry experience. I would love to hear your thoughts on how a BCA fresher can effectively crack entry-level IT roles off-campus in the current 2026 market, which domains have the lowest barrier to entry, and how I should handle my parents' pressure. Should I take the non-voice process job as a financial cushion while I look for IT roles, or will it hurt my tech resume? Any strategies or honest opinions from your own career journeys would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
