What is the deal with someone coming on your stream asking a bunch of questions and having you run an item they swipe and payment fails, is it a troll game? I really don't get it.

I have listing things for sale with shipping for months on FB Marketplace with zero orders, I had a lot of local sales, I listed some more things and added shipping and all of a sudden, I am getting a lot of shipping orders. Is anyone else experiencing this uptick in sales with shipping it is truly confusing.

Looking to buy 1 gram of gold at or near spot plus shipping, this sub has been good to a poor stacker like me and fulfilled my small request in the past which is much appreciated.

I can pay immediately paypal FF, or in a couple of hours when I am back to my phone zelle, or Venmo FF.

2 weeks after delivery buyer files (a false) INAD

I accept and send return shipping label within hours

Yesterday I get a message buyer closed return request, item not returned on time

Then I start to get DMs from buyer asking where the label was, and to resubmit. I told her that I did everything on my part and I don't have access to it, the label comes from eBay and the return case has been closed by eBay. She is insisting she still wants to return and get a refund and wants me to send her my address directly through a DM. I pride myself in doing honest fair business, but this seems sketchy. I told her the return must be processed through eBay because it was sold through eBay for both our protection. She keeps messaging me but I feel like she really needs to handle this on her end because I fulfilled all of my responsibilities as a seller, she is threatening a charge back and negative feedback which is ultimately her decision so whatever. Wondering if I will be on the hook for the charge back or if she is just trying to scam for some free gold.

Had someone ask me a bunch of questions about an item, which I answered. He shot me a lowball offer which I accepted, then crickets LOL can't make this up!

What is this scam, I had the same person she first did this twice I thought I blocked her the first time, I remember her account being from Vietnam, then last night it happened again but the account was from Oregon blocked her again. She buys multiple of my items as soon as I list them then immediately messages and says she ordered by mistake asking me to cancel the order. I am just curious what the point of this is. Are they hoping you may accidentally send the item anyway? Is it feedback farming? I have had this happen multiple times, I sell pretty affordable 10kt gold.

I physically handed the package and watched the USPS agent scan the label on Saturday, USPS is still stating they are waiting for package on tracking app. Is anyone else experiencing this with USPS ground?

I resell Sterling Silver and 10K-18K jewelry, I sell it above melt value because it's new and it's Jewelry so it has value over the melt value to some. I price my stuff super fair. I am recently bombarded with young kids getting angry I won't sell my jewelry to them 20% under melt. The new trend is they also want to meet up and scratch test your items then low ball you. They get insane when you tell them no, you're not going to scratch test my brand-new gold without paying for it, and no I won't sell to you below melt value. Has anyone else experienced this type of behavior, I generally just answer one or two questions or block when they reply with. "Least?"
