Need help filling Supervisor’s Name and References

Hi All,
I am working at an MNC and rules are very strict here.

I am filling an application on Inspira and it is asking for Supervisors Name and contact details.
I am confused if I should give my managers contact details without his permission.

And regarding the references,

My managers and colleagues dont get along with me really well. I am scared if they will give positive feedback about me.

What to do.

Please guide

Please Help 🙏🏻 26 Year old female

Hi, I would really appreciate a chart reading.
I am struggling a lot with finances and feel stuck in my current job. I find it very hard to focus on one thing and I am constantly stressed about what will work for me and what won’t. People always ignore me and hate me and I keep embarrassing myself socially.

Astrology has made me believe that everything has a timing, so I want to understand if I have a good time coming soon for a job switch or a new opportunity.
Right now, my biggest wish is to feel financially secure and have some savings in my bank account. My parents are also feeling very insecure about money. We were doing well at one point, but now even basic things feel difficult.

My love life has also been very painful. At this stage, I mainly want two things: a better job and financial stability. I want to become confident and secure before marriage.
I would really appreciate honest guidance on what my chart shows.

They made Salman also post when everyone knows he is grieving his family friend.

It must be so difficult to promote someones work when you lost someone close 1 day ago.

pR teams should respect someone’s personal lives also

If someone has any idea please explain these stories of Sanjay and Maheep Kapoor

I know this woman in frame Kumod Raney appeared in Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives and is very close friends with Shah Rukh Khans Family and Salman Khans Family and also Sanjay Kapoor and Chunkey Panday.

Few months back Gauri Khan also posted a story supporting her but couldn’t understand what actually happened.

Now Sanjay has posted this story it looks like she is not well? I mean the caption is weird.

Someone please explain 🙏🏻

Why do astrologers recommend mantras that some spiritual teachers say should not be chanted without Diksha?

I have been confused about this for a long time.

When I used to visit temples, I would often sit quietly and chant mantras like Om Namah Shivaya. It gave me peace and mental relief.

Later, I watched videos of Premanand Ji, where he said that mantras such as Om Namah Shivaya, Mahamrityunjaya Mantra, and Gayatri Mantra should ideally be received through Diksha from a guru. He also suggested that chanting certain mantras without Diksha can have negative effects.

This is where my confusion starts.

Many astrologers regularly recommend mantras as remedies. For example, they may suggest Mahamrityunjaya Mantra, Om Namah Shivaya, Surya mantras, Chandra mantras, or other planetary mantras. In most cases, they do not ask whether the person has received Diksha from a guru.

So how do astrologers view this issue?

If Diksha is necessary before chanting these mantras, why are such mantras commonly prescribed as astrological remedies? On the other hand, if astrologers believe these mantras can be safely chanted without Diksha, then how should one understand the warnings given by some spiritual teachers?

I am not trying to argue for either side. I genuinely want to understand the reasoning behind these different viewpoints.

Would love to hear perspectives from astrologers and people familiar with traditional mantra practices.

Cricket in India used to be about Sachin & Dhoni. Now its only about Anushka and Virat

Fools commenting She deserves this.
Basically the hard work of other player is not being appreciated its just because of Anushkas faith that RCB won.

If Katrina’s male co star would have laughed like when she was speaking she would have been so rude

I dont why people keep calling her sassy.
She has a lot of negative aura and negativity whenever I see her talking.
She always thinks everyone is below her, girls cant match her beauty and boys cant match her talent and presence.

Cannot agree more with this comment

What is Anushka’s PR doing? And why are they attacking rebel kid lol

I am not a fan of Rebel Kid but a lot of pandit Ji say that Kalava should be removed within 1 month and plus its personal choice.

I have seen 3 more posts like this today.

Kalava and Tulsi Mala are 2 very different things.

These are different scenarios I have been told:

  1. Purely arranged marriage with a detached bond with the partner.

  2. Arranged marriage but of my choice.

  3. Love Marriage but after a lot of struggles.

  4. Marriage with an ex.

  5. Marriage denied.

  6. Spouse very young than me.

  7. Spouse older than me.

I am already dealing with a lot of things and after spending so much money every one keeps telling me different things.

Please guide what needs to be done.

I cured myself at home in 2 weeks

Hello Everyone,

I am finally cured and I want to share this with all of you.

I have been a virgin even after having boyfriends. I always used to avoid any kind of penetration because I thought it would hurt a lot.

When I was 19, I tried inserting a finger and I couldn’t. Then I completely gave up and never tried penetrating for 8 years!!!

I am now 26 years old planning to get married in couple of years.
I did a lot of research on this sub, and due to some other things planned I couldn’t afford professional therapy so I started doing certain things at home and within 2 weeks I was able to inset a vibrator inside. At Day 1 i could only half of my pinky finger but beyond that it was feeling like I am hitting a wall.

Here is what I did:

  1. I found some exercises on you tube to relax my Pelvic Floor, I did them twice a day, once in morning and once before sleeping.
I swear when I did it for the first time and my pelvic floor relaxed I realised how much tension I was holding there.
I did those exercises 30 minutes each along with some other stretches

  2. During the day, i would pay some focus to my pelvic floor and realised most of the time involuntarily i am holding my pelvic floor tight while sitting or standing or even while bed rotting. I started paying attention to that I relaxed those muscles.

  3. Self Pleasure. I would suggest you to spend some time with your self, use a lot of lube and meditate and pay attention to your pelvic floor that its your body and you have the right to explore it and keep breathing. When you are aroused, try inserting your finger, if you are too nervous about your finger, you can even put a condom on your finger use a lot of lube and then insert, it will feel softer.

  4. Keep dilating yourself and keep increasing the size once you are comfortable.

  5. Meditation before sleeping. Please meditate for muscle relaxation starting from your foot to your head and keep deep breathing.

All of these things have really helped me.

If you are someone who cannot order dilators and afford therapy, these might help.
