Please help me choose my first at home equipment
I'm 5'0 and around 40 KG. I'm like the textbook definition of skinny fat kasi my arms and legs are very skinny but anlaki ng stomach and thighs ko. I've been on a calorie deficit for a few weeks thinking na that would fix my skinny fat build, but I've heard na I should focus on body recomp instead but I don't think I'm ready to lift weights just yet.
I'm thinking about getting a walking pad, a side stepper, or a stair climbing machine as my first at home equipment (para man lang at least gumalaw galaw ako kasi I live a very sedentary lifestyle). Which one would you recommend?
