This lens has a bit of a story behind it. An unreliable seller on eBay listed photos of an almost mint-condition OM lens, but what I actually received was this one. The case was settled with a refund without return, so the lens has been sitting unused for quite a while.

I’m wondering whether the issue with the black paint peeling off around the edges is a repairable defect. The lens is an early single-coated OM 50mm f/1.4.
