Delivery partner refusing and cancelling pick up for return order

My sister ordered 2 kids chair from flipkart a while back. The return date is only till 22nd, ever since she got the chair shes been trying to return it because the chairs quality isnt good.

Every time she schedules pick up for the return of the order — the delivery partner keeps cancelling it and never shows up. They call and ask what the item is because they apparently don't have space in their truck, we told them its 2 very small chairs that take up no space, theyve been cancelling the pick up almost every day now. After 22nd the return window will close and we wont get a refund for the product. But this delay is happening only because of the delivery partner.

What can I do to ensure that the delivery partner shows up and returns the order by tomorrow at least?

IM SO TIRED OF THISSSSS

I ordered a kajal for my cousin along w other products on July 21st, everything but the kajal was delivered within 4 days. The delivery partner labelled my order as "delivery unsuccessful" after I didnt answer his call. And ever since then Ive been running behind this one product trying to get a refund.

I've been calling and texting Nykaa support and they keep telling me different stories. In this screenshot you can see the executive said the order is "being returned" as in still on the way. But afterwards she says that the order "has" been returned as in its already there.

Same thing on call today. 2 different support executives. 2 different stories. One told me that the order is on the way – it has only reached bangalore and once it is returned to the warehouse I will get an email within 24 hours stating that a refund has been initiated.

The second executive I spoke to said the order has already been returned. I asked her multiple times when it was returned and she wouldnt tell me. I kept insisting and she finally told me that the order was returned on the 14th of August.

It has been over 48 hours since the order was returned and nobody bothered to send an email to update or even initiated the refund. Even on the call, when I asked the executive to initiate a refund since the product has been delivered she kept saying she'll speak to the relevant team about it.

At this point it's not about the product anymore. The way Nykaa treats their customers is so annoying, they clearly dont value customers and they dont even hide it.

Genuinely what can I do about this? Because this isnt even my money.

i HATE being financially dependent on someone. What options do I have?

I'm a 19 year old still completing high school (I took a gap year after 11th because of my health)

I've been living with my parents all my life and I genuinely cannot wait to get out of my house. I feel so suffocated and controlled. Since I don't have a job, or a high school diploma to get a job all my finances are given and controlled by my father. From what I eat to what I wear to where I go – my dad has a say in every tiny thing since its his money.

If i dont listen to him or do what he says he cuts me off and refuses to give me money. And he tells my mom not to give me any either, he also takes all my stuff away since hes the one who paid for all of it, so according to him he has the "final say" in everything.

Even when I want to buy sanitary products or skincare – even a goddamn body wash – i need to show him what and why i wanna buy it. he thinks its unnecessary for me to be using skincare but constantly criticises the way i look.

Even when i want to go outside somewhere (everything is super expensive, living in a city literally every restaurant/cafe is expensive) when I ask him for money he gets really mad. And I cant go out unless he gives me the money. So most often I get to go out only once in 3 months which is like 4 times a year and im stuck at home all the other times.

Today I asked him for 200 rupees to order some groceries for myself and he got really mad and went off on me saying hes already spent a lot of money on me and that my expenses are too much.

Im just really tired of this, I mean who else am I supposed to ask money from? he doesnt let my mom work, he wont let me go do any kind of work so at the end of the day my mom and i only have him to ask for money.

Is there literally any way I can get some kind of online job without needing some professional degree? Ive searched online a lot but a lot of them requires a college degree and remote access – both of which i don't have

Any good/not so expensive dermatologist in Kochi?

Two of my friends came to Kochi recently for a visit (both live abroad) and ever since theyve landed their skin has been breaking out and super itchy. They visited this one dermatologist for like 2 weeks but the skin condition got worse now they wanna get a second opinion from another one.

The only dermatologist I know is Dr Suzy but her prices are super expensive, does anyone know any other doctor who is affordable but also good?
