i'm unable to purchase robux due to the fact that neither the roblox client, nor the microsoft client version lets me open the robux tab. it goes the same for the settings, account configs, people's bios, etc. i can't open any of those because they just immediately close and revert me back to the screen i was on before i clicked it. if i run it in administrator mode, it's possible, but the microsoft store client version doesn't work still. i can open the robux tab, but the moment i try to purchase something, the external transaction tab opens and it shuts itself down and the robux tab at the same time. i'm trying to purchase on the microsoft store client specifically since i used a giftcard and want to use the credit i have on my microsoft account for the robux.

I keep trying to open the roblox tab whether it's for settings or to purchase robux, and what it does is slightly open, (without loading) and then it's just a grey screen. After about a second or so later, the tab closes itself, almost like you never pressed the button before.
