A few weeks ago I made a post (original post here) asking everyone their opinions on this circle tile. Some loved it, others disliked it. At the end, I decided to take the risk and install it! The grout came out a bit lighter than I anticipated, so I talked to my installer and he said we can re-grout darker. Thanks everyone for your feedback! Wanted to post the update. 😊
I recently spent like an hour staring at my closet trying to figure out why i still own things i haven't worn since 2022
I tried to sell some of it on poshmark and depop before and gave up because it's such a process, then tried buffalo exchange and they offered me actual pennies for
brands I spent $80+ on
so out of pure annoyance i just started selling my own stuff a different way, live instead of individual listings, and somehow got rid of a whole bag in one day. told a couple friends about it since i was so shocked it worked and turns out they've got the exact same closet situation going on
now i'm half thinking about just doing it for other people too since apparently this isn't just my problem, but also not sure if that's a genius idea or an insane amount of work lol
Is this a universal issue?

Recently remodeled primary bathroom and created a larger shower!
The biggest change was removing a closet that was located on the other side of the original shower and using that space to expand the shower into a much larger walk-in shower (seen in before photos).
We also closed off the original bathroom window because we wanted a full wall for a large mirror. Since we lost that natural light source, we added recessed lighting and finished the ceiling with drywall for a cleaner look.
To bring natural light back into the space, we added a window in the primary bedroom wall directly across from the bathroom doorway. When you’re standing in the bathroom and looking out through the doorway, the new window is straight ahead, which helps pull natural light into the bathroom from the bedroom.
We also closed off the original opening on the right side of the bathroom (where I was standing in the before photos) to improve the layout and make the space feel more cohesive as the doorway was right next to the house’s front door. This allowed it to be truly a master bath opposed to a shared bath by everyone.
Still have to add a few styling items, but 98% finished!
Back in February I made the first rendering for this kitchen and honestly it just felt like a dream at the time. I spent the past few months obsessing over every detail from layout changes to cabinet tones, slab choices, lighting placement, proportions, etc. There were so many moments where I questioned if it would actually come together the way I pictured it in my head.
Today I walked in and finally had that “wait…..this is real” moment
Photo 1 was today, Photo 2 was the original rendering decided on in February.
I ended up designed this remodel for a client, so we did make changes from the original rendering as construction went on, but overall I really tried to keep the same warm organic modern vibe from the original vision.
We still have a few finishing touches left:
• pendant lights
• appliances
• wood slating on the island
• styling/details
But honestly I’m kind of shocked by how close it came to what I originally imagined. Maybe even warmer and better than the rendering itself haha
The goal was to create a space that felt warm, architectural, organic modern, and high-end without feeling cold or overly trendy.
Seeing something that lived in my head for months actually come to life is such a surreal feeling. Definitely one of those moments where all the stress, second guessing, contractor chaos, and design revisions suddenly felt worth it.
Would genuinely love opinions/advice before we finish the final details 🤍

At the end of the day, this is a real family’s home, not a showroom. Hey friends, figured I’d post in here because we’re looking to connect with more smaller wholesalers/direct sources in the LA/OC area.
We’re end buyers currently on our 4th property this year, and if a deal makes sense we can usually move pretty quickly. We already work with a lot of the bigger wholesale companies, but lately the deals feel super overblasted and picked through, so I wanted to see who else is out there.
We’re mainly looking for fixers, off market opportunities, distressed properties, value-add stuff, etc. Even if you get an on-market property locked up below retail, send it over. Doesn’t need to be pretty, it just needs to make sense numbers-wise. We’ve done everything from cosmetic rehabs to taking properties fully down to the studs.

I’m only on 0.5mg tirzepatide (very low dose) for PCOS/hormone issues and keep getting these random “crashing” episodes. I started my first dose last week and just did my second week of shots last night.
I will suddenly feel:
- faint/weak
- shaky
- sweaty
- physically heavy
- like my body is running out of fuel
It goes from 0 to 100 super fast. Weirdly, drinking Coke or having sugar sometimes makes me feel normal again within like 15–20 mins. Assuming it’s a sugar crash?
I’m 5’4”, 135 lbs, eating ~100g protein daily, using LMNT electrolytes, and staying hydrated, so I didn’t expect this on such a small dose.
Has anyone else experienced this early on, especially if taking tirzepatide for PCOS/insulin resistance? Did it get better?
