Anyone else feel like they’re “crashing” on tirzepatide even on a super low dose?

I’m only on 0.5mg tirzepatide (very low dose) for PCOS/hormone issues and keep getting these random “crashing” episodes. I started my first dose last week and just did my second week of shots last night.

I will suddenly feel:
- faint/weak
- shaky
- sweaty
- physically heavy
- like my body is running out of fuel

It goes from 0 to 100 super fast. Weirdly, drinking Coke or having sugar sometimes makes me feel normal again within like 15–20 mins. Assuming it’s a sugar crash?

I’m 5’4”, 135 lbs, eating ~100g protein daily, using LMNT electrolytes, and staying hydrated, so I didn’t expect this on such a small dose.

Has anyone else experienced this early on, especially if taking tirzepatide for PCOS/insulin resistance? Did it get better?

The Ultimate SoCal Plastic Surgery Thread (Reviews, Prices, Recovery, Regrets, etc.)

Hi everyone!
Thought it would be helpful to make a giant SoCal plastic surgery/cosmetic procedure thread since recommendations are scattered all over Reddit and so many people travel here for work.

If you’ve had anything done in Southern California, drop your experience below — good, bad, amazing, disappointing, overpriced, underrated, natural-looking, botched, whatever.

I feel like this could become super useful for people researching surgeons/providers in LA, OC, San Diego, Beverly Hills, Newport, etc.

Would love if people included:
• Procedure(s):
• Surgeon/provider:
• Location:
• Price paid:
• Recovery experience:
• Would you do it again?:
• Anything you wish you knew beforehand?:
• Before & after photos (if comfortable):

Can include anything honestly:
• Rhinoplasty
• Facelift
• Chin/jawline work
• Lipo/BBL
• Breast augmentation/reduction/lift
• Blepharoplasty
• Botox/filler
• Lasers/skin treatments
• Hair restoration
• Threads
• CoolSculpting
• Lip lift
• Anything cosmetic-related

Please keep it respectful and honest — not promotional/spammy. Detailed experiences are probably the most helpful for future patients 🤍 Feel free to start one if you’re in a major plastic surgery city as well to help others.
