Anyone who has had to go back on lexapro/SSRI multiple times? Why and how did it go?

25M - having an anxiety relapse and might need to go to lexapro again!

25M - anxiety relapse. Lexapro again? How does it end

Had been on lexapro for 1 year (15mg 6 months and 10,5 remaining 6 months) from July 2024 till July 2025. Felt amazing in that 1 year and post it too.

But, since March, my anxiety has returned again with digestive issues along with it.

I did have good normal days as well in between for weeks but it somehow the feeling returned again. If I plan on going back on lexapro again, I am scared of creating a dependency on it.

I am just 25M, what if I need to take it/depend on it for life? How do I cure myself permanently without meds?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Also, how do you deal with anxiety related nausea and loss of appetite?

Thanks!

25M - 64kgs - skinny fat physique. Grade 1 fatty liver - Gain, maintain or go into a deficit? Not able to see results on recomposition.

Hi, 25M here, 64kgs (173cm). I feel I am a bit underweight but I am actually skinny fat with I believe about 25 percent body fat. My liver is grade 1 fatty too.

Should I focus on gaining, or eat at maintenance or go into a deficit currently?

I have tried recomposition but have not seen much results in terms of muscle gaining.

Hi - 25M 65kgs - just started running 1 month ago.

As I start running, in like 4 5 minutes I get a sort of 5 or 6/10 pain in the area between calf & ankle. Any advice on how to deal with it? I generally continue running and can only run for 15-20 minutes right now at a stretch before I stop for a walk.

Doing calf raises to help with this currently. But don’t know if that will help.

Hi, 25M just started running last month (a big thanks to this sub!!!!) and have been feeling great and progressing well too :))

I wore a cheap smart watch I own - beatxp vega yesterday and it showed my bpm to be 171 on average though I did not feel anywhere near to it myself.

I ran slowly at a pace of about 7 for 3kms and felt comfortable/only a bit uneasy.

Question - how accurate are these cheap smart watches?

Question - best alternative in about or under 10k to track steps, bpm and distance?

Got my panasonic 2026 AC installed - so the issue is that the compressor sound somehow travles in the pipes near my IDU (the typical "krrrr" sound). The noise is not huge but still noticeable and I actually wanted a quiet split AC (which is the case if this issue did not happen - the IDU in itself is lovely). For context - my ODU is close by and on a hanging stand.

Anyone having the same issue?

Hey guys - Can you please help me on how to navigate the gmat club? It is too vast I cannot understand how to begin even for a structured problem-solving approach!
