My brother in law (M23) cheated on my sister(F23)
my sister did her court marriage last year here in India and her husband is in the UK. he took her to UK on a spouse visa in June. They have been together since 2019. Upon going to UK my sister realised he was acting different, was very distant and only spoke to her when he was in a good mood but still was affectionate with her. He was always on his phone after work and she thought he was talking to his friends and playing PS5. Fast forward to few days, he didn’t let her use his phone and one night when he was sleeping she took his phone and found that he made a fake Snapchat account and was texting a girl from his work. she confronted him and showed it to his parents and he denied it and said it was just for fun. my sister called that girl who he was texting and she said the same thing that they were having fun. His parents asked my sister to forgive him and that he made a mistake and won’t do it again. My sister went to stay at my cousins place for a few days and he kept on calling, texting and emailing her saying he wants her back and he would never give up on her. She went back to his place as all her things were there and she needed her national insurance if she had to start a new job. sister knew he was still talking to that girl but everyone in his family blamed my sister for not forgiving him and dragging the whole thing out. Especially his mom and dad. The next day he came home with a hickey on his neck and when my sister confronted him he said he’s fucked up and then my sister saw that he texted her again and they were both confessing their love to each other. My sister asked that girl what is going on and the girl asked back rudely saying “you’re a hoe and stay away from us “ she said this is UK and not India. Btw she’s also from the same state in India. My BIL confessed infront of everyone that he loves that girl and wants to be with her. My sister called that girls mom and told everything to her and she found out that the girl has a bf in US and was supposed to be married in 2 years. Also the girls mom wanted to meet my BIL parents to clear things but his parents weren’t ready. That girls bf called my sister and my sister sent all the screenshots to him. He spoke to my BIL and my BIL told that girls family and him that my sister is retarded and she has many affairs. he blatantly lied. My sister wants to move out from there but she has no job and her visa expires in 2 years. She can’t divorce him yet or else she’ll have to come back to India. Now my BIL openly talks to that girl on the videocall infront of my sister and tortures her by being extremely happy. He has ruined my sisters life and we just lost our dad few months back. She is completely shattered and me and my mom haven’t slept since two months. I don’t know how to help her. I encourage her by talking shit about him and telling her to move on but it’s really difficult for her since she stays there with him and his family and his mom is a complete bitch. she supports her son in everything he does. I need help. I don’t what to do or what to pray. I’m completely lost. I want to help my sister. I wish to see him suffer and that girl for the things they are doing to my sister.
