Friend is having recurring/intense nightmares — looking for psychological or sleep-related advice
One of my friends has been having these nightmares for the past few days, and I wanted to ask if anyone here who is a professional or has relevant experience can help her.
She is in high school, and these are the last two dreams she told me about. I’m posting them exactly as she described them, just cleaned up a little:
Dream 1 — Yesterday
I saw this thing that looked like a big oval. It had two eyes, and inside those eyes there were more eyes. It had a big fucking smile, but no teeth, just lips.
It was looking at my feet. I couldn't move. Then it came near my hair and started looking at it. I don't know how, but somehow I ended up outside my house gates.
Outside, I saw something that looked like Siren Head walking. It came near me, but I was looking directly at it, and it didn't do anything. It looked like it was searching for something.
Everything around me was completely black, but when I went outside, everything suddenly became bright. It was extremely vivid, almost like a childhood memory.
I don't know what was happening. I woke up in panic because after it left, something started ringing really badly. I could feel/hear something like circles blasting or popping.
Dream 2 — Today
I saw another nightmare today. I was singing on a stage, and I think I've seen or imagined this scene before as well.
A group of gangsters were chasing me. At one point, I surrendered, and a woman shot me in the head. I died instantly. But then, somehow, I could still see everyone, and the people who knew me could see me too.
The whole thing was extremely abstract. A lot more happened, but I can't remember all of it.
After that, people were saying that this was my "good Judgment Day." It was like my soul was supposed to stay on Earth for a few days, and after that I would go for the main judgment.
I still had my phone, but I couldn't message anyone on Telegram or any other social media. Only WhatsApp worked. On the other platforms, it was showing that the person was dead, and the messages would stop instantly. There was even this pop-up box explaining it, and the whole UI/UX looked insanely advanced and highly developed.
Then I was just wandering around. Somehow, I went to school, and the teachers were gossiping about this whole thing. I was extremely sad, melancholic, and terrified at first.
But eventually, everything became calm.
Then things started rushing again when my family began calling me, telling me, "Come, it's your Judgment Day."
And then I woke up smiling.
The weirdest part was that throughout the dream, people kept asking me whether the afterlife was actually real. They seemed bothered by it, but at the same time, strangely unbothered.

If anyone here is a psychologist, therapist, sleep specialist, or has actual experience with recurring/intense nightmares in teenagers, please share any advice or possible explanations. Any help or suggestions are welcome.
You can reply here, or if you'd rather, you can message me privately through my account.
I’m mainly looking for genuine help rather than random dream-interpretation theories. If there’s anything she should be doing differently, or if this is something worth talking to a professional about, please let me know.

Looking for TWS earbuds around ₹1,500 for college + casual use
Looking for TWS earbuds around ₹1,500 for college + casual use
I'm a college student looking for a pair of TWS earbuds in India, preferably around ₹1,500 (can stretch a little if there's a significantly better option).
My use case is pretty basic:
- Lectures / online classes
- Discord and normal phone calls
- Casual music listening (maybe ~15–30 min a day)
- Casual gaming like Portal, Half-Life, etc. — nothing competitive
- General everyday use
What I care about:
- Good/pleasant sound quality — I don't want something that's just extremely bass-heavy
- Decent microphone for calls/Discord
- Comfortable enough to wear for lectures
- Reliable connection
- Good battery life would be nice
Important preference: I DON'T like the AirPods-style earbuds that don't have silicone tips. I specifically want the in-ear type with the soft rubber/silicone ear tips that go inside the ear canal.
I'm not an audiophile, so I don't need anything crazy. Just looking for the best overall option around ₹1,500.
What would you guys recommend?

I was trying to order a smartphone through Amazon Pay Later, but every time during the Axio autopay setup, after I completed the autopay from PhonePe, it showed "Session Expired."
Now I have 3 active autopay mandates showing in PhonePe, and I can't even turn them off. I did all of this today, and all the orders were cancelled.
I'm really anxious that they might start debiting money from my bank account even though the orders were cancelled. Has anyone faced this before? Will they charge me or am I safe?
Please someone help.

Fan Theory: Was Dina Fritz inspired by Princess Diana?
Fan Theory: Was Dina Fritz's name inspired by Princess Diana?
I know this is probably a long shot, but hear me out.
There are a few similarities between Princess Diana and Dina Fritz that I found interesting:
Diana → Dina (very similar names)
Both are connected to royalty. Princess Diana was part of the British royal family, while Dina Fritz has royal blood in Attack on Titan.
Their faces have a somewhat similar gentle appearance (at least to me).
Princess Diana became famous for her warm, iconic smile, while Dina Fritz is remembered for one of the most iconic and terrifying smiles in Attack on Titan. The symbolism is completely opposite, but the association with a memorable smile stood out to me.
I'm not claiming this is true, and I know there's no official statement from Hajime Isayama connecting the two. It could easily be a coincidence.
What surprised me is that I couldn't find anyone discussing this theory, even though Attack on Titan has been analyzed in incredible detail over the years.
So what do you think?
Just a coincidence?
An unconscious inspiration?
Or is there another explanation I'm missing?
I'd love to hear your thoughts.

i got 570k crl in jee. i know it's terrible, but can anyone suggest some good college options?
i want cse, and i know it's hard to get into a good college with this rank, but are there still any colleges i can consider? any suggestions would be really helpful.
i'm from mp, general category, and have mp domicile. i'll be participating in mpdte counselling. i'm mainly looking for cse, but i'm also open to cse-related branches like it, aiml, aids, etc. private colleges are fine too if they're decent.
my main priorities are placements, coding culture, and overall college environment.
Made an open-source MPDTE counselling tool that imports PDFs and analyzes college options
Built a free MPDTE College Predictor & Analyzer during my own counselling process and decided to make it public.
A few weeks ago I got tired of manually searching MPDTE cutoff PDFs every time I wanted to check a college or branch.
So I ended up building a desktop tool for myself.
Features:
• Import MPDTE PDFs directly
• Search colleges and branches instantly
• Rank/category based analysis
• MP domicile and fee waiver support
• Analytics dashboard
• Rank simulation
• Export results to Excel, CSV, and PDF
• Fully offline (no login, no ads, no internet needed after setup)
A few important things:
- It only works for MPDTE counselling.
- It uses historical cutoff data, not future predictions.
- It is not an official MPDTE tool.
- The project was built with significant AI assistance along with a lot of testing, debugging, and iteration.
- There are almost certainly edge cases and bugs I haven't discovered yet.
- Please verify important counselling decisions using official MPDTE sources.
The project was originally built for my own use, but if it helps even a few students during counselling season then it's worth sharing.
The source code is open source, and all feedback, bug reports, suggestions, and contributions are welcome.
