I have an interview coming up for an SAP ABAP on HANA role. The thing is, I don't have any hands-on experience specifically in ABAP on HANA, so I'm trying to prepare as much as I can.

I'd really appreciate it if anyone who has attended interviews for this role could share their experience.

A few questions:

• What kind of technical questions were you asked?
• Which topics should I focus on the most?
• How much emphasis is placed on core ABAP vs. HANA-specific concepts (CDS Views, AMDP, SQL performance, etc.)?
• Are coding questions or scenario-based questions common?
• Any tips on what interviewers usually expect from someone with limited or no practical experience in ABAP on HANA?

Any interview experiences, preparation tips, or resources would be really helpful.

Cleared the online assessment and received an email inviting me to select interview slots for the Custom Software Engineer role (SAP ABAP on HANA).

But when I open the slot selection link, I get:

> "Thank you [NAME] you are not eligible for slot selection process - please reach out to Accenture recruiting team"

My candidate portal still shows application status as **Interview** so I'm not sure if this is a system glitch or something else

May 4th — Paid field agent. Installation promised in 4 days.

May 9th — Got SMS: appointment confirmed for May 13th, 11 AM–1 PM

May 13th — Waited home all day. No engineer. No call. Ghosted.

After May 13th — Same field agent who took my money started cutting my calls.

@JioCare — 5 different agents, all sent the exact same template reply. Zero action.

18 days. Money paid. No installation. No accountability. Had to force a cancellation and demand a refund. Still waiting.
