My married best friend asked to kiss me

Hey so little story time here because I'm still processing😂 So I have a really close friend who I've known for a while now, and we're basically like sisters at this point. For reference we're both in our 20s. I still live with my toxic parents, and she lives with her husband, so I go over to her place a lot, and we hang out at least a couple times a week. She's also supported me a lot through everything with my parents, and has been helping me navigate how extremely touch starved I am. She also knows that I'm aroace, and we both do theatre so I've joked that my first kiss is going to be with some random theatre guy. Now past the context, we were hanging out today so I could get out of the house and away from my parents, and I ended up having a breakdown in her car. We spent a couple hours talking about it and her comforting me, and when I was feeling kind of better, we got on the topic of things that my parents didn't do for me as a kid, and she asked if I was ever kissed goodnight or anything, and I said no, so she kissed me on the forehead a few times, then kind of out of nowhere asked if she could kiss me for real. My brain wasn't catching up so I didn't say anything, but then I had to explain to her that I would like to do that at some point but not tonight so I had time to mentally prepare myself better. After that we proceeded to have a conversation about how we both think that society hyper sexualizes platonic physical intimacy, so like we're both extremely on the same page that it's exclusively platonic. So I don't know when but we're definitely going to do it at some point, and I just wanted to share this somewhere because I literally don't have anyone else I can tell and I'm lowkey still processing what in the world just happened tonight😂

I have a crush on a girl 12 years older than me, any advice?

So I'm 20 years old and an aroace lesbian. I only experience romantic attraction very very rarely, and this is the first crush I've had in years. But the thing is, I just found out that she's 32, and she's single but I don't know if she's into girls. We're both actresses and met in the show we're currently working on (NO THIS IS NOT A SHOWMANCE, our characters don't even interact in the show itself). We connected easily and chat all the time, and she's literally so sweet and funny. But the thing is, now that we're starting to become friends, I don't want to mess it up by trying to pursue something with her. I'm basically just looking for advice on how to stop being delusional, because there's no way she could be into me, right? And the thing is, our age gap doesn't even bother me at all. I've always had an easier time making friends who are older than me, my best friend/honorary sister is 28 for example. But it's not like I can just ask her "hey do you like girls? Also would you hypothetically date a 20 year old?" Someone help I'm losing my mind 😭

Would it be wrong for me to audition for Once On This Island?

A theatre near me is doing a production of once on this island next year, and I wasn't planning on auditioning, but I was recently told it would be fine if I auditioned, and now I'm wondering if it really would be okay. I'm Native American, but I look extremely white, which is why I wasn't planning on it, but now I'm curious. I haven't seen the show in full and I was looking to get more input from people who have seen the show and from the ethic communities the show is more directly targeted towards. I would ask the director but it's not public knowledge yet who the director is.

Best replacement for Crocs Isabella Gladiator Sandals?

I tend to be very picky with the shoes I wear, and I've had just one pair of sandals for literally years, and they were the Crocs Isabella Gladiator sandals. I love that they're strapped onto my foot, completely flat (I have muscle issues where I can't do arch support), and they're fully that plastic/rubber kind of material so I can get them wet without feeling gross. But today they finally broke beyond repair, and it turns out they've been discontinued for years. I already checked the Crocs website and any similar sandals either don't strap onto your feet or they have way too much arch support. Does anyone have any recommendations for replacement sandals that are specially flat, no fabric and able to get wet, and strap onto your feet? I added a picture for reference because that's also the type of style I'm looking for.

I'm caught in the middle of a friend breakup

So I'm in a small friend group for the first time ever, I've always had a hard time making friends until I connected with this group about a year ago, and it's been amazing. But recently, 2 of them have been having some issues. I won't go into detail since that's not my business to share, but basically neither one wanted to be friends anymore but they were both too scared to communicate their feelings. They both separately came to me for advice, and I advised communicating with each other. They ended up messaging about it and it didn't end well, and Friend A ended up blocking Friend B. Friend A was relying on me more heavily for advice than Friend B, and after everything went down she sent me a bunch of screenshots and started talking shit about Friend B, even though I already told her I still want to be friends with both of them. I didn't read the screenshots and told her I didn't really feel comfortable knowing all of that, and she laid off a bit, but now she keeps subtly bringing up Friend B when we're hanging out with some of her other friends who never knew Friend B, and it's making me really uncomfortable. Friend B hasn't brought anything up since before they messaged, and I don't think she's going to, and I almost feel like I'm having to pick sides. If I'm being honest overall I get along better with Friend B, but I really still want to be friends with both of them, but it seems like Friend A might get to a point where she either wants me to choose between her and Friend B, or I'm gonna have to participate in garbage talking Friend B if I want to hang out with her. I just feel really stuck in the middle with this, and now I'm having to divide everything, like if I want to have a birthday party I don't want to not invite either of them, but Friend A doesn't even want to see Friend B, so I'll either have to pick and choose again or have two separate parties. I just want to be able to stay friends with both of them but I kind of feel pushed into a corner. Any advice for something like this? And if it helps to know, we're all 20.

WIBTAH for calling out my friend for being jealous of me?

I (20F) have this close friend (20F), and it's a bit of a running joke with us that I don't have a job (we both still live with our parents). The thing is, I don't have a regular job, but I'm able to freelance and make money in a lot of different ways, and not having a job leaves me open to pursue my theatre more full time. We usually only joke about it, but last night I was complaining about a concert I can't go to. I meant because I don't have time to go, but I guess she interpreted it as me complaining that I don't have enough money to go. She brought up the job thing again and we started really getting into it, and she brought up how my dad supports me so much financially and how her parents would never, and it started to get into territory that really sounded like she might be jealous of me for having financial support from my parents. I'm not comfortable providing screenshots but she said things like "so you think just because you have everything served to you on a silver platter you don't need to have a real job?". She also tried saying that I complain so much about not having money, but what she's referring to are the times when we're out in public and I can't afford something, like to pay for both of us at a restaurant, because sometimes I literally can't. My income changes regularly and I'm still trying to save up money as well. I'm pretty sure we came to an understanding, but she's been quiet since then. How do I try to make sure she doesn't hate me iust because I get financial support? Would it be wrong of me to call her out for being jealous? I don't want money or things like that to get in the way of our friendship.

I'm going to be cosplaying Ragatha from The Amazing Digital Circus to see the finale in theaters, but I'm not sure how to do her button eye. I doubt my theatre will allow me to wear it in and I also can't have one eye covered for too long, so I'm only going to be wearing it for pictures, but because of that I want it to look really good since I don't need to worry about comfort. Any suggestions on how to make it, and how to stick it on in a way that I can remove it easily? Also, I would like to have some sort of makeup underneath that's at least reminiscent of the button for when I'm not wearing it, any advice on that either? Ideally no face paint, I have texture issues with it. I attached a reference picture

I'm aroace and I'm very much sex repulsed and also never want a romantic relationship, but I've been feeling extremely touch starved for a while now. I have a really bad relationship with my family and don't feel comfortable letting them touch me, and I can only see my friends so often. I don't feel like it's something I can just come out and say to them but I don't want to come across as clingy or overbearing. And I know people will say to do things like get a massage, but that would also make me uncomfortable. I'm more like starved for touch with meaning behind it. Any advice, because I'm kind of at a loss
