Phone holder for Scooter or Bike rides

Phone holder for Scooter or Bike rides

Which phone holder could we use for Samsung s24 ultra.

I had the brand of Bobo waterproof phone holder for my previous phone which did fit in.

Once I brought my s24 ultra last year, I was not able to fit the square phone onto the phone holder.

I have the image one which does not fit.

Your review on star health or galaxy insurance or other suggestions

Hi all,

I have been paying for star health past 3 years, young star policy.

Dad is very adamant I move to galaxy insurance because of claim ratio in star and galaxy provides doubling of sum insured.

Which insurance have you taken, what's the experience in claim ratio and others.

I have an PED of hearing disability 80% loss.

Below is the current situation:

My Star health insurance policy expired on 23rd July 2026.

I had a call with the star health manager and his people are arrogant and does not explain properly.

I asked for second time. And he started scolding type tone.

Galaxy health insurance would be treated as new insurance policy and cannot be ported due to my PED.

Galaxy health insurance regional manager is asking me to wait for star health grace period to be over that is 23rd August 2026 to be eligible for new policy under galaxy.

As galaxy is a new health insurance company, i am skeptical to take galaxy.

\--

I get a feeling since I have PED they are being rough and playing around.

With the above in mind,

Any idea why are these conditions it's like in the grace period duration I neither have star coverage nor the galaxy insurance coverage.

, as per IRDIA check there should be no such terms.

Which insurance company should I pay and buy.

With the pathetic customer service, I am thinking to explore other insurance company or services.

Laptops bag for travel and daily use, My review and next bag suggestions

Hey all,

I have an bag that I've been using past 2.5+ years.

I am looking to get another one in similar or little extra budget, do suggest if you know one.

\* In short :if you want rugged reliable, large storage capacity you can get same one i am using which is artic fox 46L backpack.

Same bag is used for single laptop daily office usage.

But it'll get heavy if fully stuffed and loaded in..

\* Long version and my review using it:

The one i am using can easily carry two laptops + tab.

Explaining the below so you get the full picture :

I have a workplace Macbook pro and my personal 16 inch dell laptop that I carry always when traveling to hometown from workplace city.. And a Samsung a9+ tab.

Keeping two laptops in my suitcase or trolley bag is risky as it can be stolen during the evening + night 14 hours train journey ( dad and relatives have lost the suitcase bags long back) , i also lock my suitcase with a chain and lock, but that underseat angle or ring 📐 the chain is locked to is thin or flimsy.

so i carry it in my bag and keep it with me on my berth.

Along with this, i stuff the bag with a double cotton bedsheets, a hand towel + some parceled food while traveling in train.

Plus some basic travel accessories like chargers, keys, and a liter of water.

Good thing is all of the above can be stuffed inside the bag easily without damaging or compressing the bag too much. Bag is super strong, bottom portion of bag have some hard rough mat kinda thing stitched so no worries of keeping bag on floor or the pickpocketing team trying to tear it from bottom.

Only cons is that the bag gets super heavy with the above stuff. So now I started avoiding carrying water bottle and I buy it once inside train or in railway station

I did not yet find another bag I could stuff so much things inside, especially the two 16 inch laptops..

I have done around 90+ round trips in the last 2 years, same bag, same contents.

The shoulder strap and the one at the top is still holding good with all that weight I am carrying. Bag came with a seperate waterproof cover. I loved the quality and detailing done when I brought it 2.5 years back, not sure of the quality and thing as of now.

Bag is kinda almost 2.5+ years old now and brought it for 1.9k

I also use same bag to my workplace every day! It has been my all in one bag.

And I see it's still being sold for same price in amazon, check out for full features if needed.

If you find any other better bag in similar budget or slightly more added budget with good quality let me know. I want a second bag just in worst case my current one gets soaked in rain or such.

Adding the bottom bag portion as I seee it's not uploaded by anyone anywhere.

I have my eyes on these two - One from wildcraft. https://wildcraft.com/drifter-45-litres-laptop-backpack-black-13735?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=18th_PMax_Shopping_All_Product&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=17610889176&gbraid=0AAAAADxazLQyri2aPUAyON5M48Ig1b6eR&gclid=CjwKCAjw1vXTBhB-EiwAEKr_kwnq8XSx_5Si2eXeW_eSnasO45ZTlVecZsMk16fRcWhBoN6nWzx3EBoCWIsQAvD_BwE

This one would have to stretch budget but looks good : https://www.harissonsbags.com/products/odyssey?currency=INR&country=IN&variant=42365623763005&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Google%20Shopping&stkn=47b73b0f2fcc&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign={campaignname}&utm_id=24087189560&utm_term=&utm_content=818900512072&adgroup={adgroupname}&device=m&network=g&matchtype=&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=24087189560&gbraid=0AAAAADAVkGZZOcyV67IEWDZ1gBY9CMAPQ&gclid=CjwKCAjw1vXTBhB-EiwAEKr_kxrvIWy1S3aLeXzX0Kq8XmQz05V89sh_DFU-FPB8lI60GqO4D1C57RoC_kwQAvD_BwE

Will Check other options and take a call.

Missing issues in two of my 2stroke Chetak at two different places.

Anyone using Chetak or faced similar issues, need suggestions for my scooter.

I have two Chetak scooter one in Bengaluru and one in another rural city,

Both Scooter since two years has constant missing issues.

Sometimes while starting after long time petrol overflows from carburetor Side.

To ride one KM, I would end up re starting 10-15 times on the way.

Carburetor Jet , fuel tank, spark plugs cleaning+ replacement multiple times, wiring checks is also done.

Sparks are coming as expected but getting clogged fast.

A New Spark plug, gets full black carbon buildup within 5 mins of running.

I replaced full original carburetor itself with a new one, jettex brand.

Still missing and pick up issues exists..

I checked with 4-5 mechanics near home for scooter at village as it is the only ride there..

Issue is not yet rectified.

Mechanic suspects float issues, which was removed and checked, not sure if I will get to buy only the float part seperately.

next I will try changing airfilter which was changed 3 years back.

for 2 stroke scooters we need to mix 2T scooter oil with petrol.

300 rupees petrol +30-40ml oil.

Any suggestions or mechanic near Bengaluru?

What bed or mattress do you use

I'm looking to buy bed / mattress.

For the humid climate in Alappuzha, what's the best option.

Foam heats up, most options are available in

foam + coir.

Foam only.

Spring.

Coir + latex

And few others.

I saw multiple Duroflex options with 3 to 7 years warranty

and Coirfed brand with 1 year warranty 80% coir +20% foam on top ( A kerala brand)

I had good experience with Duroflex but not in kerala.

How are toddy shop getting the toddy

Have seen bolero pick up with blue drums delivering toddy across shops.

Wondering how toddy shop gets the toddy and if it's real natural or adulterated.

Demand is too high, not sure if there is so much coconut trees where the demand can be met with.

Wanted to taste original toddy somewhere in Alappuzha..

Backpack for 2 laptop + traveling needs

Hi all,

I travel often between city I work and hometown.

I am looking for a backpack that I can carry 2 16inch laptop and one tab.

Along with some travel specific mini items like powerbank and water bottle.

I travel by train and have 0 confidence to keep laptops inside my suitcase below the seat even though I put chain and lock.

I've got a nice bag 46L capacity of artic fox, currently using for office and traveling also, very perfect in size and design, but it becomes too heavy, almost feels like a LPG gas cylinder on shoulders when i load with 2 laptops and basic items.

Any bag suggestions similar ones, that's strong light weight and travel friendly

Hi all,

I travel often and in need of powerbank, please suggest a good quality and if possible compact one.

I am ready to remove the compact requirement for quality.

Please do suggest if i should go with Samsung powerbank which costs around 4.5k which is huge and not worth double the price.

Budget is 2-4k,

I am also checking out anker ( too pricey) and spigen.

Dear all,

I am planning to get a Sujatha mixer Grinder.

There's 3 models I had shortlisted, either dynamix or the MG 03 model and powermatic for the juicer ( carrot beetroot etc)

While dynamix is the OG, any user review or comments on MG03 model Nd powermatic ?

I saw the recent reviews of MG 03 model, customer reviews in amazon, some mentioned about high sound and heating issues with 1000watt motor, some quality issues etc.

I know the Missing peice in dynamix compared to MG03 is an extra jar and coconut milk extractor thing.

Also where to get the product from, I'm little cautious ordering from amazon or flipkart...
