Hey, it's Sneha. I own a small business, so for the affordable price, I choosed Indian post office, but I had 2 bad experience from them till now.
One was when they delayed my parcel by days until I registered a complaint. The customer was angry with it, n due to Indian post negligence, I felt embarrassed. However, it is a good thing that this was solved.
But the other issue is big,I booked a "pickup service " on 26 july from their app n they don't even provide you updates nor a phone number to call the pick-up person. I waited, but there were no updates from them. I had to book a pickup from another courier service.
At first, I was letting it go as even I made a silly mistake of writing the receiver and sender address same but the pincode was correct. So I thought when they would call me then I'd ask them regarding this mistake of mine. But I never received a call until I reached out to them in Instagram (they ignore the dms for days, n they ignore them now, too)
I received 2 calls on 31 of August, asking me for my parcel. I told them that I booked that on 26 july, n u are calling me now. The pick-up dude replied with "ap usse cancel kardo na "
I mean zero accountability for their poor service
Then I received another call(family friend who works their)saying that, " You have given you should have given it to me. We are short on staff n all"
I told him only one thing," i paid for a service which I never received. If you guys are short on staff, then u have to tell us that we can't provide this service in your area, but the app accepted it, so it's actually not my problem. "
They did not take accountability of their actions n not even responding to my mgs on Instagram, where I mentioned a refund as to why should I pay for a service that I never received. I have emailed them too, but there no response. Pls help me what to do now
