If you are looking for things to do during the this final prep season, I have some recommendations on what to do amd what to avoid doing.

One last wait before an major update is before us. And there are plenty of things players can do now in the interim as well as things they shouldn't do to avoid burnout.

---

Things I am Avoiding:

• Portal Activities: These are getting new sets and upgraded weapon pools. No use burning myself out playing them.

• Pre-Year of Prophecy Raid and Dungeon (RAD) Activities: These are getting new set bonuses, and upgraded weapon pools. No use burning myself out playing them.

• Crucible Activities: These are getting new armor sets, set bonuses, and upgraded weapon pools. No use burning myself out playing them.

• Pre-Year of Prophecy Destination Seals: While not directly getting enhanced with the new update the Destinations are each getting armor set bonuses and upgraded weapon pools. No use burning myself out playing them. Seems like it would be more rewarding and enjoyable to work on these post June 9th.

• Gambit: Listen, Gambit isn't rewarding at all right now but is really about to be with new sets, set bonuses, and upgraded weapon pools. The Gambit mines will be much stronger in come June 9th.

• Bounty Hoarding: There are a few places left to do this but the artifact leveling is going away. No real need to rush. No need to rush through the next Reward Pass as it is the last.

---

That's most of the game. So what do I recommend?

• Dares of Eternity: Dares is only implicitly getting upgraded on June 9th. It'll support World Drop pool items, but so will most of the game. It is not receiving new Armor or new perks for its weapons. But its weapons are craftable and will be upgradeable to Tier 5 guns. It us free to play if you are waiting to buy the Expansions discounted. Starhorse's Favor makes it a great way to complete Extotic Catalysts for Heavy Weapons.

Play the Exotic Rotator Playlist. Basically the same logic as above with Dares of Eternity. Not: this is NOT the Pinnacle Ops versions. Go farm craftsble gear from them. Confusing I know.

• Getting non-RAD Exotic Quests done.

• Completing as many Vanguard orders to stock up on bright dust as possible.

• Saving any Bright Engrams to use for Focusing.

• Engaging in Edge of Fate/Renegades Campaigns and Activities since these already have set bonuses and Tiered Loot and largely aren't being adjusted.

• Completing existing Exotic Catalysts.

• XP Farming to complete the current Reward Pass.

---

Play what you want but don't burn out.

Now that the game is being shelved, can we increase the cap of how many various materials we can hold as it won't impact Seasonal Engagement Loops?

Can we increase the stack size of Enhancment Cores, Prisms, Ascendant Shards, Phantasmal Fragments Strange Coins, etc to 9,999 or more?

Low counts don't need to be enforced anymore to promote seasonal engagement.

I am extremely grateful that Bungie is making basically the entire game rewarding to play at the end of all things.

I have always wanted the game to allow me to play whatever I want and be rewarded with the difference coming down to loot pools and what types of items I want. I don't think there has been a period in time where basically every piece of content in the game will be all within the same gear system with up to date perks/systems. While it may be the end of the game, there will certainly not be a lack of things to do or reason to do them.

\* All Raids are going to have Tiered Looted (Craftables will be Tier-enabled). This includes Last Wish, Garden of Salvation, Deep Stone Crypt, Vault of Glass, Vow of the Disciple, King's Fall, Root of Nightmares, Salvation's Edge, and Desert Perpetual. At a minimum these will each have a new Armor Sets with a set bonus to hunt even if you can craft the gear.

\* Pantheon 2.0 will be bringing back at least Calus, Gahlran, and Argos from the DCV. Hopefully Val Ca'uor and Insurrection Prime too (I'd lose my mind if Aksis returned, would be a wild suprise) as well as other bosses with multiple variants as a permanent edition to the game with its own rewards (unknown exactly what those are yet but I'd guess reprise Armor/Loot from the Vaulted Raids).

\* Every Dungeon is going to have Tiered Loot and Set Bonuses for Armor. This includes Shattered Throne, Pit of Heresy, Prophecy, Grasp of Avarice, Duality, Spire of the Watcher, Ghosts of the Deep, Warlord's Ruin, Vesper's Host, Sundered Doctrine, and Equilibrium

\* Dreaming City and therefore Acendant Challenges and Blind Well will have Tiered Loot

\* The Moon and therefore Nightmare Hunts and Altars of Suffering will have Tiered Loot

\* Europa and therefore Empire Hunts and Exe Challemges Challenges will have Tiered Loot.

\* Savathun's Throne World, and therefore The Wellspring and Altar's of Relection will have Tiered Loot

\* Neomuna and therefore Partirion and Terminal Overload will have Tiered Loot

\* The Pale Heart and therefore The Pathfinder, Overthrow, and Cysts will have Tiered Loot

\* Kepler and The Lawless Frontiers already support Tiered Loot.

\* All 6 Portal Modes (Solo Ops, Fireteam Ops, Arena Ops, Pinnacle Ops, Crucible Ops, and Gambit Ops will have their own Tier Loot loot pools.

\* Competitive Crucible, Trials of Osiris, and Iron Banner are all getting new armored sets and will have their own Tiered Loot loot pools with set rotations for Iron Banner and Trials indefinitely.

\* Onslaught is getting its own set of unique Tier Loot.

\* SRL is returning with its own Tiered Loot.

\* Moments of Triumph is adding a permanent way to get select Holliday Event Tiered Weapons available permanently

\* Most cosmetics in Eververse including Holliday Armors will be available through knock out Bright Engram focusing.

\* Weekly Chronolog rewards will allow gradual completion of all old Battle Passes. Any extras can be then turned into Bright Engrams to farm more cosmetics.

\* Moments of Triumph adding a game spanning master list of things to complete to earn cosmetics.

Only a few things remain unclear from the post that could further enhance the experience of the "Final Shape" of the game that will likely either be addressed by the time the update comes out or shortly after to properly transition the game to a new state:

\* Will we be stuck with a Single Artifact (and therefore single selection of Champion Mods) until the end of time or are we getting a few/a set rotation like Trials?

\* Will the Seasonal cap be removed from Ada-1 Bounties to allow infinite Transmog farming?

\* Will the Seasonal Cap of Chronologs to Deepsight Harmonizers allow infinite craftable farming?

\* Are all craftable weapons being made Tiered Weapons or just Raid craftables?
