Just got a attack shark x3 and wanted to change the dpi. So I downloaded the file for it's software on the official website.

I scanned the file with virusTotal and it had one detection of a trojan. Could it be a false-positive or should I just not download the software for it?

I’m playing gta 5 legacy with NVE, VisionV and menyoo. My pc can run it on high settings with an average 100 fps, but it always freezes around 20 minutes if playing time.

The audio always stays on and i can’t do anything to get out of gta. I have to manually turn off my pc by the button.

I have heapadjuster and packlimitadjuster but haven’t really tweaked with them that much. I also download a gameconfig with 1x ped and 1xTraffic.

The freezing seems to just have started when i downloaded NVE, i think my pc can handle it pretty well. So why does my game keep freezing?

edit: pretty sure it’s my cpu, it’s not bottlenecking but getting to 97 Celsius. How can i reduce the heat?

I have been told that blunt trauma can’t cause varicocele, but i’m willing to bet my life on it that it caused it.

I have a grade 3 varicocele on my left testicle and a grade 2 on the right testicle. I am currently 15 years old about to turn 16 and have had varicocele since i was around 8 years old.

It all started when I was messing around with a shovel and ended up getting a very hard Jab like blow from the handle end to the left side of my groin, just above my left testicle. After that happened I believe it was the same day or a couple days after i noticed the small bag of worms on my left testicle.

I didn’t really worry about it too much i thought it was just part of my balls as a kid.Over the years to about when i was 13 i really started noticing it again and noticed the worms have gotten bigger, So i talked to my parents about it and we got a appointment with a urologist.

After talking to the urologist i told them about the hit to the groin and they insisted me it wasn’t from the blunt trauma. (they didn’t explain anything to my just told me, “Nope, wasn’t from the hit”)They also told me that i could either get surgery, (microscopic varicocelectomy, she said they do this for minors because it’s less invasive i believe) or continue waiting and monitor it.

i was scared of surgery and decided to just monitor it. We got an ultrasound and for some reason my varicocele didn’t show up in the ultrasound report, but she told us that they go off of testicle size ratio.
my left testicle was slightly smaller than my right, they told me it wasn’t anything to worry about right now. (also a hydrocele showed up in the ultrasound)

Well now it’s been 2 years and my left varicocele has grown quite a bit and now gotten to the point where the enlarged veins are close to twice the size of my left testicle. Also i notice another varicocele growing on my right testicle. So clearly it’s getting worse

BIG PART- I feel close to no pain, i use to feel some dull pain here and there but none as of lately. My biggest reason for surgery is because the fear of my varicoceles interfering with my puberty and holding back my growth. Not to mention fertility issues in the future.

My main concerns and questions are

1. Since it’s caused by blunt trauma, If i get the surgery will it still do the same job?
2. The fact that it is getting worse and spreading to the other side. Can someone explain why that’s happening?
