Need chest exercise recommendations for chest fat (not a beginner)
Hey everyone, I'm not a beginner in the gym and I've been training consistently for a while. However, I still have a lot of fat around my chest area, and it honestly looks like I have man boobs.
I know spot reduction isn't possible, but I'd like to know if there are any chest exercises that helped you build a firmer and more defined chest while losing body fat. Right now I'm looking for exercises that specifically helped improve the overall appearance of your chest.
What exercises would you recommend? Also, if you've dealt with a similar issue before, what worked best for you?
