Watch resale

I have the opportunity to buy an iwc watch for a good price. IWC Pilot's Watch Spitfire Mark XV(IW325313) is the exact model of it. For anyone who knows their stuff about these watches, what would a good price be to sell this watch for to a pawnbroker for example? Is it more worth to try and sell independently on ebay, gumtree etc.? No box or papers and the leather strap is pretty worn out. Dial itself may have a few scratches on the steel but in fair condition I'd say. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Projection- how does it actually work?

So lets say somebody is very insulting of others- insults peoples looks, the way they speak etc. This is apparently people projecting their insecurities onto others- but whats the actual physchology behind this? Could someone explain in detail? I'm trying to work on myself emotionally and really want to understand this concept to its roots.

22 year old wanting life advice

I'm 22 years old and have just quit a weed addiction. Its been almost 2 months and i feel so much better. I smoked for 4 whole years from 18 yrs old and i feel like its stunted my growth so much. Already in these 2 months i feel like a different person. Confidence, ability to socialise, discipline, morals etc. Have any older people got any advice for me to move forward and keep growing? I did go to uni but dropped out after failing my 2nd year and felt as if I didnt care about it at all- maybe that was the weed, maybe that was me also idk. I'd love to hear some peoples stories and pespectives on things- anything. Thanks for reading

Can police really get into and download data from phone without password?

So I had a samsung s25 phone that police seized. I didnt give my password to them.I shut the phone down before they took it and I have a 16 digit passcode on it. How likely is it police can get into my phone? Apparently a samsung thats been restarted has an extra layer of security (BFU)?

Why am i quitting weed

Its been almost 3 weeks ive gone with no weed after smoking for around 4 years daily- around 1.5g+ a day. I'm going strong but for the past couple days I've been getting the urge to do it again. Sometimes i think it's it even worth quitting? My life revolved around it and now i just feel kinda lost. Im 22 and the people i used to hang around i no longer see as often as they continue to smoke daily. Any tips on how to build a new life without it? I do workout and am eating much healthier now that i am off it. I just feel like i struggle to form new friendships as I secluded myself for so long.
