Doc Collier really should have hypnotized himself into giving himself a brain, as his choice to not just call the cops after Carl’s death landed him in the completely braindead tier. Now to celebrate her triumphant return to showbiz which will absolutely be happening, we’ve got Grace Wheeler. I’m up for the challenge of trying to put her in one of the pre-established tiers, but this is the one case where I would potentially be willing to add some kind of tier due to the odd circumstances, but only if the majority decision is that.

Van Wyck proved that he is very capable of finding his way to the commissary, landing in the criminal genius tier. Now it’s time for cool cat Mark Collier, who has instructed me to tell you all to close your eyes, listen to his words, and put him in the highest tier possible. Same rules as always!
