Was playing at bit of the base game last night and did a 4 skull assassination mission, Target plus 2 other lances. First lance all Victor's... reinforcement lance, also all Victors.... a mix of 9B and 9S's. Almost wish the target one as well but sadly just an Archer

I work on the billing side of a major hospital. During COVID, we were allowed to work a hybrid schedule of three days at home and two days in the office. After the restrictions were lifted, management gave individual managers the discretion to decide whether their teams could continue working remotely. Some managers chose to keep hybrid schedules, but over time my team became one of the only ones still working that way. I think that may have bothered some of the other managers because, earlier this year, our schedule was changed to three days in the office and only two days at home.
This past month marked the end of our fiscal year. Because we were projected to fall short of our performance goals, management suspended remote work for the entire month so everyone would be in the office and focus on meeting our targets. We ultimately met our goal, and the hybrid schedule was reinstated—but with one significant change. For some reason, my job title no longer qualifies for remote work.
My job is approximately 90% computer-based and can easily be performed from home. The remaining 10% consists of non-critical tasks that could easily wait until I'm back in the office without affecting operations.
When I asked why my position was being excluded, I was told it "wouldn't be fair" to employees in other departments with the same job title whose managers don't allow hybrid work. That explanation doesn't make sense to me. By that logic, no one should be allowed to work a hybrid schedule simply because some managers choose not to offer it to their teams.
I'm now considering filing a complaint with our union. However, I know how my employer tends to operate. In the end I don't really think filing a complaint would change their decision or restore my remote work privileges. Instead, I worry they would simply eliminate the hybrid schedule for everyone on my team to avoid having different policies. I don't think it would be right for my coworkers to lose a benefit because I chose to challenge the decision.
Would I be the asshole if I filled the complaint and stood up for myself but knowing it probably wont help and is more likely to hurt others

Its been couple years now and when virtual voice narration first started showing up on Audible I hated it and just skipped any books that used it that were included in my Audible subscription. But I see more books using it and was wondering how people feel about these days.
So we have one breakroom on our floor for almost 175 employees on the floor and in that breakroom we have one ice machine, and not a big one. Every morning when I get in I go to get some ice water in my Stanley style Buc-ee's tumbler. Well we have this little guy that has club foot and since he has the foot he doesn't want to make multiple trips to the breakroom so he fills up 3 cups with ice. To the top. To the point he overfills them most time. I try to be understanding but like I said one ice maker almost 175 people... we run out of ice most morning. They have sent out floor wide emails asking people to be considerate but he still keeps doing him. Not a big thing but mildly infuriating when I got to get some ice and all I get is whirring noise.
This morning on the way into work I heard the Dave Matthews Band song 'Crush' was instantly in the backyard with my best friends hanging out around a firepit on a summers night with a case of Blue Moon (I prefer wheat beers). Its been over 20 years but I can't hear that song without remembering those times.
