'26 HDA2. Any way to increase the time between steering nudges?
Basically the title. I like the HDA2 but forcing me to nudge the steering wheel every 10-15 secs seems overly cautious and ruins the entire experience.
I was trying to look into the menu to see if I can raise it to maybe 30 secs but couldn't find it.
Is it just me or is it not possible to extend that window?
Finally pulled the trigger and got this beauty. SXP Heritage blue
Basically the title.
This colour is so gorgeous
'26 SXP HEV: Digital key. Unable to lock the car when stepping away
How do you lock the car when stepping away from it and carrying only digital key (android/iphone) in your phone? I know we can use the Kia app but it's too cumbersome and too many clicks to get there.
I tried tapping on the driver door handle notch but it did nothing. Is there some setting I need to enable to make that happen?
For context, I own a Pixel 8 Pro in which my digital key is stored so it's one of the more recent android devices with NFC and BLE support.
The owner's manual seems to say that door handle tapping method needs smart key (that giant piece of rock of a key) to be in close proximity but somehow I want to believe that Kia won't build a half baked feature where digital key allows you to unlock the car and drive it away but not lock it.

2026 PHEV in WA, USA?
Has anyone been able to find a 2026 Outlander PHEV in WA or OR? All I see is 2025 at the local dealerships but the internet says 2026 has been out for at least 2 months now and there are reviews and such about it on www.caranddriver.com and even on this sub.
Sportage PHEV in PNW winters. What's the point if no heat pump?
I am considering the 2026 Sportage PHEV and I live in the greater Seattle area where I end up turning the heat on for longer part of the year than the AC. Basically if it's colder than 15°C (60° American, I guess?) I use heat.
And my daily commute is about 10 miles - from my house to the transit center (perfect for PHEV driving range).
I am just learning that the Kia PHEVs don't have an heat pump or resistive heating (I know resistive is inefficient) unlike the Toyota offerings which have heat pump.
If the car can't heat the cabin without turning on the engine, I lose any and every benefit of a PHEV and a regular HEV might be a better bet.
I wanted to learn from the knowledgeable folks here if I am missing something or if a regular HEV really does make more sense for my situation?
