Is it possible to register on inl for courses and exam spot while out of the country or is it one of the sites that dont work unless you’re in Luxembourg?

Hi all! I recently gave the sproochentest a go after doing courses with educateme and i didnt pass. Im giving it another go but im not sure if there are better providers to study with since i have no hope in getting a spot with inll. Any recommendations?

Has anyone failed the sproochentest and tried to argue the grade or requested for a regrade?
I sat the the test on the 10th of July and just got my grade. I was 5 grades away in the speaking though im sure i did well enough to pass it.
Has anyone been in this situation? I dont want to wait till jan to redo the test and everything is completely booked out till then

Ill be in KL for a quick trip and im wondering if there are any highly recommended shops for bridal wear. Im hoping for something custom made but of high quality of fabric and finishing.
