My husband and i got married in Europe and drafted a prenup at the time. Weve now moved to dubai and were looking at buying an apartment. As he has a job here hell be taking on the mortgage in his name and placing the down payment while i clear out the monthly mortgage. How do we ensure legal safety incase we separate. Keeping in mind itll be in his name but ill be the one clearing the mortgage. In europe this isnt a concern as everything we own post marriage is joint property however im not sure how it would be handled here.

Hi all looking for abit of advice on taking a house loan in dubai.
The bank im interested in is giving a great rate if i transfer my salary to them. Its ADIB at 3.99% or non salary transfer at 4.14%. My concern is if i leave my job to start a business in between, and my FnF comes in, the bank holds the entire amount. Has anyone gone through this before? Is there a way to avoid them freezing the amount ? Is there any other risks associated with salary transfer?

I sat the the test on the 10th of July and just got my grade. I was 5 grades away in the speaking though im sure i did well enough to pass it.
Has anyone been in this situation? I dont want to wait till jan to redo the test and everything is completely booked out till then

Ill be in KL for a quick trip and im wondering if there are any highly recommended shops for bridal wear. Im hoping for something custom made but of high quality of fabric and finishing.
