The social media pandering
Preparing myself for the downvotes in advance but am I the only one not impressed with Katie’s post show performance? I wasn’t impressed with her on the show either but this is reaching new levels of cringe.
I don’t understand how she suddenly has a backbone on pre-recorded podcasts but in the actual multiple moments she had to defend herself she was as quiet as a church mouse. I mean this lady even had her Twitter stans giving her the play by play of what to say to end the other women during the reunion and somehow she managed to flop at that too😵💫😵💫. It’s just so crazy to me.

The queen MUST return. Even if you don’t like Liz as a person, if you can’t admit that she makes good tv and was a crucial cog in the machine that made RHORI have a superb first season then I’m sorry but you hate good reality tv.

Protect black women until it’s black women we don’t like
The inability of people to act normal about this show boggles my mind every single season, and the wild part is these aren’t teenagers. These are grown adults who should theoretically know better.
The commentary surrounding Tierra and KC since last night’s episode has been nothing short of disgusting. I’d call it borderline racist, but honestly, a lot of the nastiest comments I’m seeing on Twitter are coming from accounts with Black people in the display pictures, so it’s not as simple as pointing fingers at outsiders. Everyone has the right to like or dislike whoever they want, but the deliberate masculinization of Tierra compared to Kayda, who’s been getting Queen Von and Grim Reaper memes, is really hard to ignore. It’s also worth remembering that we’re watching people in their 20s. They’re not going to get everything right, and that’s okay.
The same thing happened with Taylor and Clarke last year. It wasn’t until they were eliminated that people seemed to snap out of it and realize how out of pocket they’d been acting. Isn’t the whole point of this show to find a love connection? So why are these women being punished for doing exactly that?
