With the episode 8 preview released, I just wanted to list out the trajectory that the Polar Opposites Anime could go in, from episodes 8 through 13

• Episode 8: Confirmed to be chapters 53, 54 and 55
• Episode 9: Most likely chapters 56, 57, and 58 (Mostly Tairazuma plot)
• Episode 10: Most likely chapters 59, 60, and 61
• Episode 11: Most likely chapters 62, 63, and 64
• Episode 12: Chapter 65 (Tani looking back at the story special)
• Episode 13: ?????

Now this brings out our main topic: what the hell is Episode 13 going to be??? Based on previous episodes and also what proper pacing would be, 3 chapters per episode up until episode 12 makes perfect sense, and then episode 12 would be a special one where it's pretty much Tani looking back on when he first fell for Suzuki. But Season 2 has 13 episodes? Where are we going to squeeze out 3 chapters' worth of content for an extra episode? This is the great mystery, so here are some of my theories:

• Option 1: They are going to do 2 chapters per episode on some. For episodes 8 and 9, there is no way they do only 2 due to the fact that 8 is confirmed to be adapting 3 chapters and 9 NEEDS those 3 for the Tairazuma arc. Episode 10, I also doubt, because those 3 chapters have the 3 couples 3 short stories sequence (TaniZuki -> YamaNishi -> TairAzuma). The way I see them stretching it the most is episode 11 being chapters 62 and 63, and then episode 12 being a graduation special and episode 13 being the Tani lookback special.
• Option 2: We just get more slice of life moments of our 3 couples, somewhere between 10 and 11. Just some anime original fun stories that don't impact the plot but just more food for all the fans. This could also add option 1 where anime original stories stretch out episodes 10 and 11, and then 12 is graduation, and 13 is Tani's lookback.
• Option 3: Episode 13 is going to be a flash-forward, with a BIG EXPANSION of the end of chapter 65 and chapter 65.5. Maybe a meetup of the gang while they are in college/adults, more details on the YamaNishi college friends story and the Tairazuma car ride? Who knows
• Option 4: WE GET AN ENTIRE TAIRAZUMA CONFESSION AT GRADUATION, AND EPISODE 12 IS JUST THEM DATING + OTHER STUFF... and then Episode 13 is just Tani's lookback. (This one is entirely cope; this would be a big change and might mess with the tone and pacing of the ending)

This is just my interpretation of the pacing and adaptation of the anime; I could be entirely wrong with my theories and it will take until episode 13 to adapt everything from the manga.

but some hope still holds for me they give us more content....
