Seeking a Technical Co-Founder

TL;DR: I’m building a specialized customer-acquisition agency for a massive, established market. I’m looking for a technical co-founder who can architect the systems behind prospecting, communication, sales automation, and AI. This is equity-first with no initial salary, can begin flexibly, and could develop into a full-time role.

The agency will use technology to create a repeatable customer-acquisition engine across lead sourcing, research, outreach, qualification, follow-up, and sales.

The technology stack has not been predetermined. I want a technical co-founder who can objectively decide what should be built, what should be integrated, and where existing platforms are better than custom software.

I’m not naming the market publicly, but I’ll share the opportunity and go-to-market thesis early in a private conversation.

I bring the business and marketing vision and will lead sales, customer development, and growth. I’m looking for a technical counterpart who can turn the vision into a dependable, scalable system.

Relevant experience could include:

- CRM, marketing automation, or sales-automation architecture

- Multichannel workflows involving email, SMS, calling, and other communication methods

- APIs, webhooks, OAuth, databases, data pipelines, and third-party integrations

- Practical AI and LLM workflows for research, personalization, qualification, and next-best actions

- Custom development, low-code platforms, or a thoughtful combination of both

- Building reliable, reusable systems rather than fragile one-off automations

- Evaluating build-versus-buy decisions based on cost, speed, flexibility, and long-term scale

The right person will think like an owner. You should be willing to challenge weak assumptions, run experiments, talk to customers, and care about the business model—not just the technical requirements.

To be completely transparent: this is not a salaried developer position. It is also not an invitation to perform months of free work in exchange for a vague possibility of equity.

We would first determine whether we have genuine founder fit. Before substantial development begins, we would document equity, vesting, responsibilities, decision rights, IP ownership, expected commitment, and the path toward working on the business full-time.

If this sounds more interesting than another development or automation project, send me a DM answering these five questions:

  1. What is the most complex customer-acquisition, sales, or automation system you have personally built?

  2. How do you decide when to use an existing platform versus building something custom?

  3. What experience do you have connecting multiple communication channels and data sources?

  4. What practical AI or LLM workflow have you deployed?

  5. Why do you want to become a founder, and how much time could you realistically contribute over the next three to six months?

Please also include your time zone and a LinkedIn profile, portfolio, GitHub account, or other example of your work if available.

Seeking a Zoho Developer Co-Founder

TL;DR: I’m building a specialized customer-acquisition agency for a massive, established market, with Zoho at its core. I’m looking for a technically strong Zoho developer interested in exploring an equity-first co-founder role. There is no initial salary, the commitment can start flexibly, and the goal is to build toward something full-time.

Zoho will power prospecting, multichannel communication, lead management, sales automation, and customer acquisition. AI will support areas such as research, personalization, qualification, summarization, and next-best actions.

Although the agency will specialize in one market, the opportunity itself is not small. The goal is to build a repeatable system capable of serving this market at meaningful scale.

I’m not naming the market publicly because I would rather share the opportunity and go-to-market thesis directly with serious candidates.

I bring the business and marketing vision and will lead sales, customer development, and growth. I’m looking for a technical counterpart who can help architect the underlying system.

You should have hands-on experience with:

  • Zoho CRM architecture, custom modules, workflows, Blueprints, functions, and reporting
  • Zoho Voice and CRM-connected calling workflows
  • Zoho Command Center and multichannel customer journeys
  • Deluge, APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and third-party integrations
  • AI models and practical LLM-powered automations
  • Building reliable, reusable systems rather than one-off customizations

The right person will think like an owner. You should be willing to question what we’re building, challenge weak assumptions, run experiments, and care about the customer and business model—not just the technical requirements.

To be completely transparent: this is not a salaried developer position. It is also not an invitation to do months of free work for the vague possibility of equity later.

We would first determine whether we have genuine founder fit. Before substantial development begins, we would document equity, vesting, responsibilities, decision rights, IP ownership, expected commitment, and the path toward working on the business full-time.

If this sounds more interesting than another Zoho implementation project, send me a DM answering these five questions:

  1. What is the most complex Zoho system you have personally built?

  2. What experience do you have with Zoho CRM, Zoho Voice, and Zoho Command Center?

  3. What practical AI or LLM workflow have you deployed?

  4. Tell me about a time you challenged a client or founder’s requested approach.

  5. Why do you want to become a founder, and how much time could you realistically contribute over the next three to six months?

Please also include your time zone and a LinkedIn profile, portfolio, GitHub account, or other example of your work if available.

Does anyone have a Chuze Fitness equipment list for MacroFactor’s Gym Profile?

I’m setting up the Gym Profile section in the MacroFactor Workout app and want to add all the equipment available at my local Chuze. This will allow the app to recommend workouts based only on the machines and equipment I can actually use at the gym.

Before I walk around the entire gym writing down every strength machine, free-weight station, and piece of cardio equipment, does anyone already have a complete or mostly complete Chuze equipment list they could share? I realize equipment may vary by location, but any list would give me a helpful starting point. Thanks!

New Crunch Opening Near Me — Worth Leaving Chuze?

A new Crunch Fitness is opening near me soon, and I'm considering switching from Chuze.

My main reason is that Crunch appears to have more strength-training equipment and machine variety as well as red light therapy and cryo-therapy. My only concern is that Crunch is franchise-owned while Chuze is corporate-owned.

For those who have experience with Crunch, does the franchise ownership actually matter? Have you found the gyms to be clean, well-maintained, and consistently managed?

Would you switch from Chuze to Crunch if you were in my shoes? I'm on a month to month now with Chuze.

Hiding camera in shed ideas

Looking for ideas on how to discreetly mount a Reolink camera behind a shed vent. I’d prefer not to have the camera visibly exposed since I’ve had issues with people noticing cameras and either avoiding the area entirely or trying to tamper with them.

I was thinking about mounting it behind plexiglass with a one-way privacy film, but I’m open to better ideas that won’t affect image quality, motion detection, or night vision.

Donate a kidney, get a kidney process

My wife wants to donate a kidney so I can get a kidney. How does that process work? Does it happen simultaneously? She had heard that if she donates one of her kidneys, it will allow me to get a kidney right away.

Improving Blood Draws

I drink a lot of water each day...roughly 84 to 96 fl oz. However, phlebotomists always seem to have a hard time drawing blood from me. What can I do to make my veins more easier to find/poke so my blood draws are super easy for them? I hate getting poked multiple times each blood draw. When they have to do it multiple times, I tend to get irritated, woozy, etc.

Creatinine/eGFR Portable Tester

I would like to check my BUN, Creatinine, and eGFR more frequently to see how changes in my diet, etc. affect my levels. Which portable meter and biosensor test do you recommend to use to test your BUN, Creatinine, and eGFR vs having to go to LabCorp or Qwest Diagnostics for a blood draw?

Salt / Sodium Substitutes

Hello. I am trying to find salt / sodium substitutes as I want to completely cut out salt/sodium from my diet (or at least as much as possible). Even adding spices and such, the recipes are lacking serious flavor. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance for your help.

Would NoSalt® Original Sodium-Free Salt Alternative (https://www.mccormick.com/products/nosalt-original-sodium-free-salt-alternative-11-oz) or Morton Salt Substitute (https://www.mortonsalt.com/home-product/morton-salt-substitute/) or Kroger® Umami Flavor Enhancer (https://www.kroger.com/p/kroger-umami-flavor-enhancer/0001111015024) be okay?
