Asymmetrical back muscles problem? (Scoliosis)

Asymmetrical back muscles problem? (Scoliosis)

I’ve been consistently going to the gym for 7 months (2-4x a week). I’m trying to pay attention to my form but I noticed my back muscles are asymmetrical (especially around my shoulder blades). I do have scoliosis. Is it possible it’s because of that? And is there anything I can do to fix that? I am already working in asymmetry with my biceps (one is weaker after an injury) but I’ve not noticed strength difference with my back.

F/29/169cm [68kg > 64kg = 4kg] (7 months) Consistent weight training

I’ve been training consistently (apart from illness throughout December) for 7 months. my weight hasn’t changed that much, but my body shape definitely did. I am not in much of a calorie deficit but I do pay attention to my protein intake and try to train consistently. I think I see the biggest difference in the weight I’m lifting - for example my RDL went from 20kg to 45kg, my bench press from 20kg (and struggling) to 30kg and I almost did my first pull up, yay!
I am trying to find balance so I remain consistent and am really proud of myself for keep pushing and going to the gym :)

Leaf size change after moving pothos to south facing window

I moved my satin pothos from north facing to south facing window (Scotland). Everyone says that pothos is shade tolerant, and that’s true, but I think this photo speaks for itself - it stopped merely surviving and started THRIVING when I moved it to a sunny spot! The leaf-size difference is insane!

First babies from corns

I managed to grow my first alocasia micholitziana babies from corns and I’m chuffed! My motherplant died, so I’m happy to have saved at least a few corns to propagate.

Are the roots ready to be potted?

I’ve tried for the first time air layering a section of my philodendron gloriosum to grow roots so I can propagate. It’s been a month and the roots are growing well. Is it ready to be chopped and planted into a separate pot?

Older leaves of my philodendron ring of fire are growing one direction (facing away from the moss pole) but my newest leaves grow the opposite. Is it normal? I’m so confused!

The plant is rooting into the moss pole. It’s been thriving with much larger leaves since putting it on the moss pole.

This is my first time propping from corns (the mother plant died lol), when should I pot these? I'm planning to add them to my terrarium (in the background of the photo)
