A while back (before the DGG trilogy) there was an episode of a CBS show that took place in the past and Halloween 1978 was in theaters. I want to say it was Without a trace but I googled it with no luck.
I tried looking on Imdb but Halloween has a crap ton of connections and references. Any help would be appreciated.
I adopted an American Black Bear years ago and now it's pet of the month. I saw (and did) the extra Daily Activity. My question is, am I missing out on anything else special? Since it's not new, I won't get the gift boxes, but Idk if I'm missing out on anything else like Adventure Park and whatnot. Thanks.
Finally finished the trash pick up quest in the Adventure Park Challenge. If I never have to fight over trash in the park again I'd be a happy man.
Having been in Pasadena in 2023, I'm curious if anyone here has been to the filming locations for the DGG trilogy. 2018 was in Charleston, SC and I've always wanted to go to the restaurant they went to in the movie.
Kills was in Wilmington. The bar would be my stop there.
Ends was in Savannah. Laurie's house, the junkyard, heck even the bridge and sewer, not to mention the grocery store. I just think it would be neat to see.
I've seen this movie hundreds of times. The one scene I don't understand is when Kathy (Margot Kidder) is looking in the mirror and freaks out because according to Wikipedia and the book she looked old? Maybe it's the gold leaf on the mirror obscuring things, but I didn't see her look old. Maybe I need to wear my glasses LOL

I'd say Nick Castle probably had the least. Dick Warlock got set on fire. Wilbur was shot multiple times, Shanks literally had his nose broken and so on. James Jude Courtney took some beatings as well. Thoughts?
I was thinking about this today. Have you ever seen someone in a movie and you like them, so you go back to their earlier work to see that too.
I'm not talking about actors like Robert Redford who was in movies before I was born, I mean like seeing Anthony Mackie in Captain America Winter Soldier and going back to see Adjustment Bureau.
I'm talking actors/actresses whose movies are within or close to your lifetime. Another example would be Heath Ledger. I never saw any of his movies before Dark Knight, but now I want to.
An example of forward fandom would be like Benedict Cumberbatch. I saw him in Sherlock and liked everything he's done since. Or Timothy Olyphant from Scream 2 and onward. Thoughts?
I've been a fan of Star Trek ever since Wrath of Khan came out. Does anyone else find themselves adopting the traits of the characters? For example, Worf's sense of honor. Picard's diplomacy, Troi's empathy, Spock's logic. Kirk and Riker's way with women. LOL
I see aspects of these characters I want to emulate. I know that's the point of the show, but I was wondering if anyone else modifies their behavior because of ST.
Let me preface this by saying that I love playing Webkinz and have been doing so since 2008. That being said, with 25 pets and all there is to do, it gets a little tedious at times, especially when I use the app to boost all 25 pet scores. Anybody else find it tedious at times?
I've always thought it was a little messed up when Ezri told Bashir that if Worf hadn't come along, it would've been him. I mean, what's he supposed to do with that? Jadzia was dead, Worf *did* show up and things went the way they did. You can't change the past. Well, this is Star Trek, maybe you can, but they didn't.

I'm planning on buying the new room theme. One of each. I don't like a lot of empty space and I don't like cramped, so I'm wondering what size of a room I need. Medium or Large? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Was Rafferty in on Conal Cochran's plan? I mean he was standing right there with Cochran and one of the assassins/robots/androids when he mentioned Marge's "misfire". On one hand, Rafferty seemed clueless, but him being there when Marge died makes me wonder if he knew all along.
I own quite a few 4Ks, mostly of my favorite franchises, Halloween, Star Trek, action movies, horror movies. Anything where audio and video quality vastly improve the movie going experience.
I came across a listing today. The Great Outdoors. The John Candy and Dan Aykroyd movie. I just don't see how enhanced audio/video can improve a comedy. I'm not much for dramas either. Sci fi, action, horror, that's a different story.
On the flip side, you know what doesn't get released on 4k? Alien abduction movies or found footage movies. I guess that's kind of the point, though so you *can't* see it better. Fourth Kind, Phoenix Forgotten, Fire in the Sky, all not 4k. But they're probably not popular enough to warrant spending the money on upgrading.
The Blair Witch movies also haven't gotten a Region 1/US 4k release to my knowledge. Personally, I prefer combos so I don't have to spend an arm and a leg on a 4k player and a 4k TV, but it's nice to have them if it ever happens (they get cheaper). With physical releases in a steady decline and lack availability, nostalgia is the only way to go for me.
A post on here mentioned someone falling out of their bed, which reminded me of a similar experience when I was young. I was barely a teenager, I finally had my own room (used to share with my older brother) and one night, late I fell out of bed. What I saw next startled me. I looked up and saw a white figure wearing a Confederate Uniform (I remember the hat specifically).
Was that a dream? A hallucination from being woken up by falling out of bed? Paranomal? Or a mix of all 3? I live in the South so there's that.
Do you think they moved out after discovering 3 people were killed in their house? One placed on their bed, one hung upside down in the doorway(?) and one stuffed in a closet. Definitely get rid of the bed, but I don't think I could live somewhere where murders happened.
