First time TTC with unexplained infertility

Any advice/suggestions on what you feel helped you the most with conceiving? Particular vitamins or foods you equate to having increased the odds in your favor?

I am 2 years into TTC and feeling really frustrated and defeated...

Husband wants to move back in with his parents

Hello, I am not sure what my goal is with this post but I want to put it out there to see if anyone else has gone through this. This is coming from the infertility space, my husband and I have been trying to concieve for 2 years now with not even a single positive pregnancy test. We have not had the best marriage, it was off to a rocky start due to poor communication and involving too much family. Since that time I have kept problems and tough conversations we have to myself, I don't bring in my family and unfortunately because of this I feel my family feels I purposefully ignore them. I have put on a brave face and said this isn't the case that I just want to protect my relationship and that I am doing okay. But really, I am not doing okay, my husband and I fight almost once a week and our infertility is just making matters worse. He blames me for our infertility, he blames the fact that I don't exercise enough, he blames me for not initiating sex enough. His unhappiness he blames me for. Now he has an ultimatum where he says if we don't get pregnant in the next 2 months he wants to move back in with his parents because he says his childhood home was the last place he felt truly loved and happy.

My heart feels my husband is a good man who is just really particular and stubborn and sees love as just being one way. But my brain says this isn't a healthy place to be and I am scheduling myself to see a therapist soon, because I feel I can't keep handling this stress all by myself, especially while navigating infertility. And again I have kept my family in the dark on how life has been the last few years so feeling quite alone these days. Not sure again the goal of my post, but wanting to hear if anyone else has been in this position for advice?

tl;dr marriage, conflict, infertility

Help on improving egg quality

Recently had an IVF cycle with 0 blasts, I am a 31/32F (husband is 32/33M) with an AMH of 22 and AFC 25, and was told by our REI that I have poor egg quality and the reason for our poor IVF cycle was due to egg quality. My next cycle is planned for 3 months, any advice/support for what can be done to have egg quality improve?

Questions to ask after first failed IVF cycle

Hi everyone, I recently had my first IVF cycle, which unfortunately failed. We had no blasts from this cycle.

9 eggs were retrieved, 4 eggs were mature, all 4 fertilized. 3 out of 4 arrested by day 3 and then our last morula arrested at day 7.

I am a 31/32F, was told my AFC is 23, with "good" AMH, my husband (32M) SA was also told to have good motility. What questions do you recommend I ask my REI as I mentally prepare for this follow up visit and get ready for next steps? One of my biggest questions will be what do we think went wrong with this cycle, but any others I should inquire about? Thanks for all your input in advance!!

No blasts from first cycle of IVF

I recently had my first IVF cycle with no blasts make it to day 7. I am 31F and husband is 32M. Told my amh was "good" and AFC was 23, husband also told his motility was fine.

Any advice/thoughts on what I can do to help with my IVF cycle? Has anyone had successful with subsequent IVF cycles after a failed first cycle?
