Is it worth it to get an ultra?

I currently have a Roku Express 4K+ hooked up to a LG C6 OLED. As far as I can see, the main benefit of the ultra would be Dolby Vision support. However, with slit streaming, I question the ability for it to be properly utilized since it's going to have a bandwidth limitation compared to Ultra Blu-Ray's.

Is there a real difference streaking Dolby Vision content on a Roku Ultra, or should I just stick with the 4K +?

Looking for a 4k BluRay player

So I got a shiny new LG OLED TV, and I already have some 4K blurays, but now I need a player. I'm hoping I won't need to spend a huge amount, but I want to have Dolby Vision.

I don't have a game system that will play 4K discs, and I have no intention of getting one.

Currently there is no sound bar, just the TV speakers. The TV has Dolby Atmos, but I don't think that matters.

Beyond that, I just need it to play discs. I have a bunch of regular BluRay's and DVD's, but I'm not too concerned about the scaling.

I have heard the Panasonic DP-UB450P-K is good, but they can also overheat. Otherwise from what I have seen I'll be looking at a Sony player.

I have my own universal remote that I'll be programming for use with the player, and I'm open to getting a used player to save money, or just get a better discontinued player.

Roku TV Guide missing channels

So I went to use the Live TV guide and it's missing my favorite channel, Mystery Science Theater 3000.

Why did they remove that, and is there any way to provide feedback in hopes of it getting restored?

Windows 10 is now artificially slowed

That's bullshit, they are artificially slowing Windows 10 installed that are not LTSC. Seriously, nothing else changed, and I did not do the installer method, but the certificate and registry method. I did it this was on purpose to see if there was a difference, and sure enough file explorer was more responsive and quicker to load the file list. The popup preview of programs is quicker and more responsive, there is less RAM and CPU usage with me doing the same things as always.

I get they want everyone on Windows 11, but this is just devious. They decided old hardware wouldn't work with Win 11 (without modifying the install media or using LTSC) and instead of just letting it be they cripple Windows 10.

Lost WiFi calling

So I have an AT&T model and as of a couple days ago the WiFi calling no longer enables. I can toggle it on, and it says it's being enabled but it never actually switches on.

It was working fine before hand, and as far as I can tell there hasn't been any changes to settings.

Edit: I do NOT want to factory reset my phone.

Edit 2: I did have a friend look at it before hand to see if there was a way to give me the option to disable 5G, as that tends to have issues. Said he went into the field test but didn't see anything. I asked him about it and he said he might have triggered something by accident. He's just now telling me.

Analogue3D save states picture

I'm not sure if anyone else knows this or not, but the save states are saved as a PNG image with additional information that's ignored when opening the image. It actually creates a screenshot that you can use however you want.

With the system off, pull the SD card, or connect the system to your computer, open the SD card on a computer, and then open the Memories folder. They are saved in individual folders.

I would recommend making a copy of the save state you want the image from so you don't mess anything up. Then you can save it and drop all the none-image data.
