A few months ago on FB I had a conservative say he's fine with Trump being all over the Epistien files because "Mary was only 13 when God got to her".

Conservatives are something like 85% in support of Trump, largely because he was named an Auctioneer of preteens by measuring their tightness with his finger.

So we should stop with the taboo bullshit and just put it out there. If you are a Christian you get a religious exemption to bang kids - AS LONG AS IT'S NOT GAY because that's child abuse.

The title really says it all, does anyone thing it will really happen?

I'm a 100% P&T Disabled Veteran.

I grew up hearing Conservatives say "We own the military" which hasn't been true since like 2005.

Once Jan 6th happened, a little later the V.A. suicide phone lines were flooded from MAGA's by the hundreds in protest that j6ers were arrested. They called it a political protest to try and help veterans die.

Even BEFORE that, for DECADES the Conservative people say they love the troops, do little or nothing for us and vote for politicians that consistently vote to remove our benefits, year after year, decade after decade.

I know most Conservatives want to care about us, but honestly, it ends up lip service, which is just insulting.

I wish Conservatives would do more than talk, but demand their leadership do more, not do less, for Veterans.

So I've always liked this movie, but there's one aspect that I've never been able to clearly see and perhaps someone out there has it for me!

The alien form comes to Earth with the intent to interact with us, doing so by interacting with our dreams and left when they agreed to forget about it.

The aspect I'm missing is the aliens motivation to interact but only basically causing mayhem. Is it's goal in life to do so from planet to planet? I'm just really lost on that weird detail.

I know there's likely not a 'real' answer, but I'd love to hear your thoughts.

It's a fairly straight foward idea that I have, but I asked in another thread for suggestions and a few people seemed intrested, so I figured I would make a post here with more detail of what I do have in mind.

So the general idea is not having challenges, no fantastical things, all very much like real life.

You have an RV, if your friends join, they join with their own RV, like how Valheim let's you move characters between servers and such.

The overall experience is driving along the road, finding you need some food and water, so you pull off at a river and do some fishing. You can also use a metal detector at the beach to look for things that you can sell at the general stores. Once the water tanks are filled, you can hang out and enjoy camping, or pack up the RV and hit the road.

The challenge is a balance of keeping food and water and a tank of gas. The RV should have the ability to wear down - needing oil, replacing tires, things like in real life. The general store has a garage, you can pull into it and get repairs or do them yourself, buying parts from the attached general store. This is also where the gas pumps are. The store part sells parts for the RV from upgrades to cosmetics.

The world never ends, it's just roads and lots of biomes and a casual experience.

It would also be fun to have things like kyacks with friends when camping and other similar ideas.

So you appear next to a gas station, you have a basic RV. You load up some supplies and hit the road. The procedural gen environment lets you occasionally pull off by a stream or lake where you can setup camp from items in your RV and restock with fish that you cook and fresh water you refill the RV with.

While at the beach, you can use a metal detector to scan beach for items that you can sell at the gas stations and shops that appear along the way.

There would be different types of RV's that offer realistic differences, unlike many games nothing here is fantastical. It's just a way to hang with friends and travel.

The different shops would include a gas station where you can buy various upgrades for the RV, but they would be cheap and overpriced. Like it is in real life.

However once in a while you'd hit a Car Shop, which has much more stuff, at far better prices. This is also where you can buy different types of RV's to expand the gameplay. The gas station may have one occasional mild upgrade but should be a shithole to buy from for the dynamics.

Basically the WHOLE goal is a game where a few friends can show up with their RV's and hang out together, then travel to another spot and so on.

Every complaint seems to be "but large cities will rule the votes" which is utter nonsense as one vote is one vote so it doesn't matter where someone lives.

Pisses me off that this SIMPLE logic is absent with these Rubes.

So I'm looking for a casual game that's about camping, Outbound is pretty close to it at a glance, but I don't like the unrealistic way the van unfolds into a building.

I want a realistic, casual survival game where you have a camper and, well, have to survive.

Any ideas?

So most conservatives are Trans-Reality. They are working hard to transition to a reality they like.

Reality will bend but it can't break for them, similar to being a trans person most of the time.

It could be my autism but I see a connection here in a way and I my complaint is that either I'm wrong or it's being overlooked.

So first off, when the agreements were made, it was one of the best water production years in some time, so their share is larger than it should be. This alone should trigger updates.

Second, Las Vegas has grown while lowering it's water usage, so these thirsty cities CAN do better. They don't HAVE to suck us dry, they CHOOSE to.

Lastly, if a state wants water from our mountains, they should have to use rigorous conservation efforts like Las Vegas did, they should not be entitled to waste.

Note: I know we can do better, our canals could be better, just not getting into that with this post.

So it's pretty simple really.

To me, if someone needs to change the race of Jesus that's kinda racist towards him.

Honestly he should be admired as an average looking middle eastern man.

So I have a modded server for a few friends, my roomie has three nearly adult kids, none of which have a computer. I'm wanting to get three laptops that can comfortably run valheim with lots of mods.

It doesn't have to be seamless, I'd love if there was a solution around $500 - $750 bucks each that works off amazon, but I know that's likely a pipe dream lol

I want to do laptops so that they can study and shit, take them to class and alike.

Anyone out there running the game on something like I'm talking about?

So I have SearchableBuildMenu by Azumatt, which is amazing but I'm wondering if there's a similar mod for the benches?

Is there a way to make my character not move so slow?

Everything works fine in the game other than how the character seems to be at half speed.

It appears that this would be a way to generate electricity while preventing evaporation on the main waterways.
