You should be able to manage to salvage the Titanic in Newfoundland
After more than 4 runs trying it out and realizing it was just impossible instead of being a chance-based event, i felt betrayed because SURELY the little fishing superpotency ought to manage to do it somehow? Say, if you have captured Canadian territories by the time the option comes on you should get an alternate event where the extra resources are enough to pull this off. IDK, release the Titanic hotfix KX devs pls.
