I happened upon the run of my life this morning in Les Arcs stumbling upon this beautiful church and surrounding scenery. Tomorrow I’m tempted to do the same route again as it was just so lovely, but I thought I’d post on here in the off chance that someone may be able to suggest a similarly epic route?

I’ve been working on my fit and posture since my last post. Would you still consider this as shrimping at all now I’ve learnt to roll forward my pelvis? Seems more pronounced still in the drops?
Any further recommendations to fit? Handlebar height/reach ok?

As the title suggests I have recently got in to road biking and I’m looking to purchase kit to keep my chainset nice and healthy. I’m looking for products to use to clean down my cassettes and chain as well as tips on how best to do this? Also, then what do I apply after I’ve cleaned it all down?

I am totally new to cycling, I’m a runner and want to get in to tris. Bought myself a Boardman SLR 9.0, currently using it mostly on the trainer just to get used to everything, gears, cleats etc before getting out on the road, I have done a couple of 13milers but the rest has been on the trainer.
I’ve tried to sort my saddle height as best as possible but I’ve no idea really. I feel like the saddle should go up and back slightly? But don’t know why, likely I’m totally wrong? I did a 2hr ride yesterday (on the trainer) and felt fine other than a slight tingling in my left hand. I’d imagine that’s likely down to form though? Which brings me to that, I can tell from the video that my form is clearly not right, my back looks very odd (although the loose fitting T-shirt probably doesn’t help there) so tips on the that would be appreciated too!
Basically any help would be much appreciated. I’m also trying to sort a bike fit but that can’t happen for a few weeks unfortunately.
As the title really. Never had an issue before but now nothing seems to stream, not even older files like Austria race.
Ok. So I turned it on as usual, some time later I return to a burning smell. Switched it off then investigated. Looks like it is just constantly draining. I filled it with water for the video. You can see it drains through the waste pipe but the motor doesn’t stop. Is it done for and need replacing/a profession repair or is this something I could fix?

I’m trying to sort my PacePro out for an upcoming race. I took it for a test the other day and all was great except for 1 thing.
My watch has always alerted me after a mile (through my Shokz), giving me my pace. As I’m now running to splits setup through PacePro, I don’t want these alerts anymore. I have turned this off currently which I think will partly solve it.
However, when on my test run, my watch was beeping each PacePro split to alert me of my target pace for that split. I want to get this alert to come through my Shokz too. Does anyone know a solution to this?

I’m hoping for some help. I’ve set up TB instant in integrations on Nuvio, and added a scraper using the comet tool someone provided on here. Worked fine. I’ve done this for both profiles I have. For one profile, it works fine, for the other I get no streams under the TB Instant tab at source selection?
I’ve tried deleting cache, reintegrating tb in Nuvio, deleting and readding the scraper addon. Nothing works. Like I say, it’s fine on the other profile so I’m really at a loss as to what it could be.
