Like lot of them just make good hyperpop ( which is cool ) nothing experimental or new is there anything different or atleast genre pushing ?

I see some electronic music flying by but people hate soo much on rnb soul and other rap I get it if it’s not for you I like all of them but it’s crazy they call anything that isn’t sonically similar brainrot names brgr or ass or whatever … dudes hate on like Griselda or redveil like soul sampling rap abstract stuff conscious rap regional stuff whatever
there’s a difference in not for me and bad
The sound has gotten very conservative but just because it has some distortion people think it’s ok 😭

Ik it’s a rinsed topic but
Overall I like the song the beat reminds me of industrial heavy hip hop early to mid 2010s and of course those drums are very SOPHIE but the hate on the song is so annoying cause the “ ug” ( Ik he famous ) is supposed to be where you find different and innovative music but if it gets out of the grid people start hating 🤷‍♂️
The beat amazing if you heard anything industrial and if not it’s still good maybe not for you ….

Recently I been seeing a lot people critic and kinda hate on bro but the way they phrase it is like there’s some better music in experimental rap ( like the genre and same category of music as Peggy not the album ) category and they know about and like ik clipping death grips Danny brown but there’s not a lot of people that make this don’t hit me with surface names like ik genesis owusu made a new album I liked it ..
But there’s isn’t a lot of rappers that make specifically experimental music
Don’t tell me any “ug” rapper Ik it already( probably ) I like that but it’s alternative at best cause it has to fit in the same grid of 808s snares and the same rapping style …. At the end of the day carti fans need to fw your music 😭

Tracks that have a experimental but edm “something u can hear at a rave” like money $ works well but other tracks where he tries to include experimental industrial elements but on a rap grid tend to work less not saying it can’t be done he has done it before but still I just noticed I didn’t like the latter but money prob my fav song ….

My options are basically finance or marketing. I’m unsure about finance because it doesn’t seem very creative. I’ve always been interested in marketing campaigns, branding, and fashion, and I think I have a good eye for that kind of stuff. I’m not saying I want to go into design, but marketing has always seemed interesting to me.

Lately though, it feels like a lot of marketing is just people making content and becoming influencers. I’m comfortable with content creation — I know how to use a camera, edit videos, and come up with good ideas — but I don’t really want to be the person on camera trying to sell things. Because of that, I’ve been considering finance more seriously.

Are there other marketing roles that are more behind-the-scenes and still have a good future? I still have one year left of high school, so I’m trying to figure things out and would appreciate any advice. also if you think there are any career paths that could work for me let me know (even outside marketing ) also i dont fw ai crap so pls sont recommend anything in that

This ain’t a anti kpop post I don’t listen to stuff enough to have a full opinion bout it but I have heard some and it’s bland ash I was playing some hyperpop mainstream also some lesser known too nothing really weird or experimental I was playing this around my cousins we got onto a 8485 song they were like ts sounds like some trashy kpop blackpink type kpop group music
How do I tell em it’s not that and is different and fking good they like kpop but kpop doesn’t do hyperpop well least what we heard and most of their hyperpop stuff is bland and kinda bad so get why they called it that but how do I tell em it’s different 😭
