100% sure about a serial killer obsessed with beauty

90% sure he killed beautiful women to collect their body parts. Like he saw a woman with the prettiest nose ever and killed her and collected that.

75% sure he also killed people he deemed ugly because he hated ugly.

100% sure it is NOT Perfume where the guy killed women for their scents.

What are the report(s) I can use to see a list and cost of everything received for a specific time frame?

I work nearby and constantly see the asshole owner/manager with his big lifted truck with the Big John’s logo on it tailgate and yell at people on creekside road. He just did it again today. He drives way over the speed limit then tailgates people literally two inches away and has a loud speaker system like cops to yell slurs and names at people.

I like to game, specifically CS2. I'm having terrible lag and blufferbloat problems. I consistently get a C on the blufferbloat test. What is the best router option? I also have a ton of devices in the house using wifi.
