I struggled with this and have seen other posts.

1. Connect Coros App to Apple Health. Coros App: Profile > Settings > 3rd Party Apps > Data Sync > Apple Health

2. Open Apple Health on iPhone. Click on the steps. Scroll to bottom. Click Data Sources & Access

3. Click Edit in upper right hand corner

4. Under Data Sources, move Coros to top. Click Checkmark in top right corner to save.

I think you can turn off the phones/ Apple health's ability to sense steps but I can't find that now.

Also, I've found that I need to open up the coros app to force a sync from watch > coros >health sometimes. Only reason this matters is I'm doing a step challenge at work lol

Use desktop Strava heat maps?

desktop Cal Topo and export GPX?

Something else that works best?

I've never used. I didn't really like building it on my phone with Coros.

I built one in strava then emailed to my self, and then shared to coros from phone.

Is there some kind of better way?

Stopped in yesterday and an employee in a nameless department said sales were down 35%. Which is a breath of fresh air because the crowds and parking lot suck, but I also feel they have less people staffing the check out area.

Anyway, it's kind of nice!

Anyway when I accelerate rapidly from a stop/low speed a 'thunk' noise will happen near front driver side wheel area.

Any idea what this is?

I've searched Hevy before and wondering if has been updated.

I came from Apple Watch Ultra. Hevy integration was AWESOME via a direct app.

I don't want to transcribe data into Coros or out of Coros.

Is there a generic way to just start a workout where I don't have to prepopulate all my reps so it can capture heart rate?

Not sure how coros would get it to work but man would I love some kind of workflow to work with Hevy.

Read through a bunch of posts here w/r/t Low Conductivity Coolant (LCC). Many are saying their dealers will test before they replace.

Does anyone have official values and a link to a device I can buy to do it myself?

What are the permissable values for pass (no change needed) or fail (change needed)? Bonus points if these are somehow documented from Hyundai/Kia.

I'd love post show threads with the setlist at top and people discussing the whole show, not a real time thread. Easy way to find what jams to go back and listen to, peoples reviews that are entirely too generous, that kind of thing...

I plan hikes, tours, etc by building routes in caltopo and then "printing" a pdf - then QR code scanning that topo into my phone via (used to) Avenza.

Avenza was bought out by some private equity enshitification (citation needed) and they want way too much money for a subscription.

I would gladly pay a one time fee for an app that lets me easily import these pdfs. Anyone have one they like?

State of utah was running a heli from st Joe’s to around waterfall canyon (at least 4 trips) this am with SAR staged at st joes. First one had a sling with what appeared to be a patient, next one had a SAR dude, didn't see next two.

And now lifeflight is pretty deep in Taylor canyon.

I’m really nosey.
