What is a "timely manner" for an EA to forward an offer?

Viewed house today. Offer put in about 30mins after viewing in person in office. Was told, I would have to wait until Tuesday now because lots more viewings. Come back Tue.

Walked out. Unhappy. Went back. Spoke to perhaps "manager" lots of blah blah told me lots of viewings today and more later and they wanted to wait for feedback from all viewings, which owner is taking personally, EA would only put offer in by end of day.

I'm a cash buyer and could have called my conveyancer by now if accepted to get started.

Is this delay kosher?

Why can't transformers be trained on a language of characters to represent words which is then converted to whatever language - would this reduce training speed and size?

e.g. Dvorak analysed the English language and placed the most-used keys directly under the fingers and the lesser-used ones further away to accelerate typing.

Why can't transformers be trained on a similar concept? Instead of using words, use characters that represent words. The most frequent words are represented by single characters and then work upwards.

Would this speed up training and reduce network size?

This has happened several times in the last few days across a few agencies. Is this normal? I mean, damn! I understand it's peak time but will it be like this until the end of July now?
