do you think stem cell therapy for knee and back pain worth it?

Hi. 40 (F). Dealing with ongoing joint/back pain for 6 yrs now, and i'm at the point where feel like the usual options doesn't stick to me. It's just getting worse as I exp sharper pain if i stand or walk for too long

Yeah, PT helps a bit somehow. injections help for a while too. using pain meds but don't really want to stay on those forever. feels like surgery might be my only option at this point😑

I've been reading about stem cell therapy, especially for knees, backs, neck issues, and joint injuries. Just confused if what I see is legit and what's mostly expensive marketing.

not that familiar w/ all of this, so what do you think matters most when choosing a stem cell clinic or doctor?

also curious how much you paid, so I have a better idea of what to expect if I decide to look into it further

Anyone here using an AI driven ad generator to make your workflow seamless?

Lately, I've been trying a few AI ad generator tools for our marketing team. Compared to last year, we're producing way more creative variations, and I'm glad that it turned out well.

My expectation from those tools was that they'd solve most of our production bottlenecks. It's just that it hasn't really been our experience. Fair enough, they're great at coming up with concepts, headlines, and even initial creatives. But once client revisions, multiple formats, different aspect ratios, and platform-specific assets come into play, it seems like we returned 10 years ago.

Some tools seem better for brainstorming, while others get much closer to something you can actually use in production.

Maybe there's just no perfect AI tool, or maybe you guys have any recos...

If You Had Fresh Cash to Invest Today, Where Would It Go?

A friend recently asked me what I'd invest in right now, and I realized I don't have a simple answer anymore.

The market feels a bit unusual. Some investors are going all-in on AI, others are expecting a correction, and plenty are just sticking with index funds regardless of what's happening.

Part of me thinks keeping things simple is still the smartest approach, but I'm curious what others are actually doing with new money today.

If you had cash ready to invest right now, where would you put it and why?

Interested in hearing the reasoning behind your decisions, whether it's individual stocks, ETFs, specific sectors, or something else entirely.

What Are the Best Stocks to Invest in for Someone Just Getting Started?

I'm finally starting to take investing more seriously instead of letting most of my money sit in a savings account.

The problem is that every YouTube channel, newsletter, and investing podcast seems to recommend completely different stocks, and honestly it's left me more confused than when I started.

If you were starting from scratch today and wanted to build a long-term portfolio, what stocks would you actually consider?

I'm not looking for the next 100x opportunity or anything overly speculative. I'd rather focus on understandable businesses with strong fundamentals and a track record of creating value over time.

For experienced investors, what companies do you think are good starting points for someone trying to learn while building wealth for the long run?

What Are the Best Stocks to Buy Now for Long-Term Compounding?

I've been steadily building my portfolio and have some cash I'd like to put to work for the long haul.

The problem is that most discussions about the best stocks to buy now seem to focus either on mega-cap tech that everyone already owns or highly speculative plays that may never work out.

I'm more interested in high-quality businesses with durable advantages, strong management, and a realistic path to compounding over the next decade.

I've looked at names like Microsoft, Alphabet, Berkshire Hathaway, and a few energy companies, but I'm curious what others are buying at current valuations.

If you were investing today with a 10+ year time horizon, what would be near the top of your list and why?

I’ve been trying out a few ad creative automation software tools lately, and I’m starting to wonder if they really save time in practice.

They definitely automate parts of the workflow, but then you end up spending extra time fixing layouts, tweaking outputs, and handling all the edge cases. So instead of creating everything manually, you’re mostly stuck doing cleanup and revisions afterward.

Not sure if I’m using the wrong tools or if that’s just the reality of ad creative automation software right now. Has anyone here actually found a solution that works well long term?

What are you guys using as an HTML5 ad builder right now?

I’ve tried a few tools already and they all seem solid at first, but once you start building actual campaigns with multiple sizes, versions, and revisions, things get messy really fast.

Some platforms feel way too developer-heavy, while others are simple drag-and-drop tools that start breaking once you try to scale production. Even Google Web Designer gets recommended constantly, but it still feels clunky and not really designed for high-volume workflows.

Feels like there’s no real middle ground between too basic and too technical.

Are most people sticking with one platform, or mixing different tools depending on the project and workload?

I've always relied on a CPA for filing, but I’m seeing more firms positioning themselves as tax planning focused.

Is this a real difference in strategy and outcomes, or mostly just a rebrand of the same service? If you’ve worked with one, did it actually change anything for you?

We’re offering services in the fintech space and SEO has been tough.

It feels like we’re competing not just with other service providers but also large platforms and publishers. Plus the audience is very niche.

Curious if anyone here has cracked SEO for fintech service providers
