Unable to open account, Member Services can't provide further information?
I remember maybe like... ten years ago I accidentally opened duplicate accounts with Chime and something weird got flagged or something and they shut both of them down. I tried hashing it out saying it was a mistake with customer service but I think I just gave up. What is going on, why am I still unable to open an account with them? I'm just trying to put money in an account, it's not like there's any risk to them...?
