Seoul priority pass for my parents

My parents have a 12-hour layover at Seoul Incheon Airport, from 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Which lounges would be best for them to rest? They may need to use two or even three different lounges because of time limits. They don’t speak English or Korean, but they can follow airport signs in English. How easy is it for them to navigate the airport on their own?

Travel package vs self planned

We have a big family traveling from Nepal about 8 with kids and small family from USA and planning about 7 days trip in Indonesia. Now since we are a big family we are confused if we get the travel package from agency since they will manage and organize the trip and might end up being cheaper. But also worry we might not have the best experience if we do the package and rather plan ourself and get Airbnbs instead of hotels if we want the best trip. What are your suggestions?

Motivation to work ?

I have two under two and now my brain doesn’t work anymore, I forget things easily and feel like I am getting dumber everyday. I used to love my job and was motivated but I am no longer motivated or smart enough to work learn new things. I can’t quit and don’t have energy to learn and grow. Did it happen to you or is it just me?
