Hi,

I have an issue with my setup:
- Arc Ultra
- 2x Era 300
- 2x Sub 4

TV: LG Oled C4

The dialogue on center channel sounds muffled, almost like the speaker is blown. However, after diagnostics together on the phone with Sonos, they decided to send me a new unit of Arc Ultra.

After receiving the new unit, the issue is still there.

This problem occured less than a month a go. No settings neither on the Sonos or the TV has been changed. I suspect software update caused this, but I am not sure.

The sound is very bad.

Just wondered if these products also could have been used in unrelated parts of our life

Setup:

Host: W11. RTX5090, R9 9950X3D
Client: Ipad Mini A17, iPhone 16 Pro
Software: Vibepollo + Voidlink - Extreme

I have recently been trying to get the best performance and I am so close to achieve it. However, I have some issues that I am trying to figure out.

I am running AV1 SDR, 40mbps 60 FPS. When I start up the game I have no issues and the game is running flawlessly. However after approx 30 seconds, 1 minute mark of playing I get reduced FPS down to 20-30's, and then the FPS goes back to normal.

The strange thing is that in the statistics overlay the fps is not affected. It still shows 60 fps when the problem occurs.

Any ideas?
