Tutorial on how to fix imessage on ios 5.1.1!

Step 1 - Ensure your apple ID password doesnt have any special characters, idk if this really matters or not but it worked for me so follow along.
Step 2, Make sure you have a SIM card in your phone, it doesnt matter if it’s active or not.
Step 3, Install all the certificates from tlsroot.litten.ca and make sure you have the following installed:
Tlsfix
Storeloginfix
Ssl kill switch 2
Storeetcfix
Appstorefix
Step 4: go to settings - messages- imessage- turn it on - go to the box underneath - in there put your email and password now when you enter your email and password you will get a code. Type the code in after the password. If it doesnt work press sign in button again and then it should work

Status of apps and services on legacy iOS

I have gathered many different apps and decided to state the status of them.

These apps are used everyday by people all around the world and fixes would make legacy ios more and more usable

- Login on ios 8 and below (Being worked on)
- iMessage (Non functional)
- Facebook on ios 6 and below (Non functional)
- Viber (Non Functional)
- Telegram (3rd party clients only)
- iMDb (Non functional)
- Shazam (Non functional)
- Permanent whatsapp solution not relying on selfhosted server (Non functional)
- Facetime (Non Functional)
- Youtube 2.0.0 and above with sign in (2.0.0 being worked on, otherwise non fuctional except for tuberepair and selfhosted)
- eBay 2.0 and above (Non functional however 1.7.x works (exception of ebay for ipad)
- iCloud mail (Non functional)
- Duolingo (Non functional)
-Find My iPhone (Unknown status, potentially working if login gets fixed)
- Game centre (Non functional)
- Find my Friends (Non Functional)
- App Store (Working on most versions, depending on how the OS was installed)
- iTunes Store (Same as above)
- Pinterest (Working)
- Discord (Discord classic and purplecord both exist, and it works on ios 10 and above.

Fixes are being worked on but these apps are just a handful of ones that just dont work anymore

some im/voipapps that work with ios 5 either with cydia tweaks or not?

I am trying to find functional messaging/voip apps that still work on iOS 5. I have gotten close and while WhatsAppX and discord classic/purplecord exist still wax doesn’t support calling and neither discord revival will log in with my key. Please

Pretty significant underscan on anything but only minor underscan with static? What’s up with my CRT? (also noted is a black dick at the bottom which appears with dark images no idea what thats about)

Yes I am using RF, I have no other choice. My other CRT which is also an RF only unit strangely doesnt do any of this however it doesn’t tune a problem for another day

How fucked am I?

Can’t activate, can’t jb, can’t ssh ramdisk can’t backup is there anything i can do to save this spoofed ipad? (I spoofed it to ios 6 because i thought doing that would let me download older versions of apps). The iPad i’ve had since it was new was working fine the other day and now? Thank god i backed up almost all the apps

Will this just erase music?

Hello, i am syncing music to my iphone 4, GSM, iOS 5.1.1. I previously had both synced apps and music to my iphone using another computer running itunes 12.5.3. If i press erase and sync, will it only erase the music currently synced to it from the other pc? Thanks for the assistance!

Please, please help me find this bloody nissan skyline picture.

I have been looking on and off over the last few days just to find this one bloody picture of a variety of different models of nissan skyline lined up. The image is on a road and from the back of the cars. The oldest model is the closest to the camera and is on the left. It keeps going down model by model until the newest is at the back right. The image is from the perspective of behind the cars. They are silver. This used to be my wallpaper ages ago but i cannot find this picture anywhere

Hello, I have an iPhone 5 that i would like to downgrade. However I do not have access to the linked icloud account. Through find my iPhone, i can remove the device however it’s apple id is connected to my apple id through family sharing or whatever. Thank you.
