How to take short naps during studying

So when I'm studying late and after like 11.30 to 12 I get like a heavy urge to sleep. Some of my friends just take a nap in the table but for some reason I never feel asleep there Is there any way to take a little nap. Going to bed isn't working because it won't be a short nap😭

How to study after a long day of classes

When i have like classes all day 7-8 hours + public travel, after I get home I couldn't focus to study. Maybe a little nap is the answer but my body won't allow it. I feel really guilty wasting the other half of the day and I need to somehow make my way out of it. If I started studying it won't last long in these kinda days. Maybe after like 10-20mins my focus will get lost and tend to use the phone

Any help/advice would be highly àppreciated. Thank you

Custom colours for page lines

Hi I think it would be great if you can change the colours of the page lines in the templates. Specially I create black pages the lines in by default are kinda too white and sometimes it's harder to read the notes I wrote in white colour. It would be really cool if you can bring this to life. Your app is real amazing and I really enjoyed it Thanks

Having only Reddit as social media acceptable?

I recently deleted all my socials but except Reddit. Is it okay to have? I'm not addicted to Reddit. Maximum I have screen time of 1 hour on Reddit. I use Reddit mostly in the study breaks and stuff. Is it acceptable or has to let it go?

If I woke up late my whole day is unproductive. Advice pls

So basically I have this weird thing that if I woke up late my whole day is unproductive. For the last week straight I have been waking up at around 5.30 to 5.45. Right after I woke up I wash my face and starts studying. But if wake up late. Even like 30-45 minutes it's over. Idk what to do. This habbit is in me for a long time and idk how to get over it I know it's not that big of a deal to wake up late just 30 minutes but my study mind will vanish. And tend to go on social media

Please if you know anything to get over this let me know. Thank you

Just curious to know if is efficient or not. I'm talking about making short notes, Paper 'wiwarana' and doing questions and stuff. Are there any ones doing this? I'm a physical science student btw

So basically when I study this much hours, I can't do the same continuously. I don't think its burn out, it's like I don't have the mood for studying. Study less hours isn't an option here because there is only 3 and a half months for exam and I'm in a pretty bad spot. Studying 13+ hours is the goal. Thank you
