WhatsApp bot that automatically reacts to a message

So I recently saw this study which shows that I can gain some information by spamming 'invisible requests' in a WhatsApp chat, the easiest of which is reactions to your own message (loop of reacting then unreacting). I'm assuming if I automate this on WhatsApp web using pyautogui (basically using it as a clicker), my account will get flagged for using automation, then banned.. Could anyone advise me on how I can go ahead to test this?

So I'm a beginner to Arduino. My programming skills are strong though. I want to make a reliable fitness tracker that will accurately measure Heart Rate, Steps and Sleep at the minimum. I wear other things on my wrists so I'd like to make this device to wear on my bicep-shoulder area. Since I'll be wearing it in this area, I don't need a screen. Just want something like a Whoop band that I can sync to my phone.

As far as I know (chatgpt), I'll need an esp32 microcontroller, MPU6050 or MPU9250 for motion sensing, MAX30102 for heart rate detection (apparently not accurate while lifting weights) and a charging module.

I'll also need to make some sort of band to hold it, so I was thinking of using some sort of fabric band (made with a sock or some cloth perhaps?).

Need some advice on these.

I'm going to Bangalore next month. Need suggestions for places I can buy old/vintage watches (HMTs, Allwyns, Seikos, etc.). I am going to the HMT museum and JBD store. I don't need watches in good condition, I'd like to try and restore some watches as well. Please suggest local watch shops, sellers and markets where I could get such watches.
