Is a rod like this saveable or is that even possible

Thought this would be good reel to get across a little further but I think imma stick with the open reels lmao 🤣

Only thing is, it has a stutter sputter at idle and maybe a tiny lack of power driving but no blow by on motor and everything else is almost perfect.Will be throwing the parts cannon at it Friday 😂 tried cleaning iac and it seemed to help all but for a moment lol

I am hooked after the first ride lol been dying to get out into our lake to really hunt down on some fish due to lack of free public areas that are decent lol and the lake is huge need some idea of a homemade manual trolling motor I think I'm gonna try and mcgyver an angle grinder gearbox into one? Any experience appreciated.

Is there anything I could possibly do to increase strength of roof besides running a row of posts right down the middle of 25 ft span on 6 inch z purlins with 12' 2x6 sub purlins screwed between as if bridging? Just seeing what everyone here in the hive mind thinks would be possible. Plan on skinning it with r panel sheet metal
