I feel like this lay out is much better for n64 games.
What do you think?
What's the best tomato? Deep south, United States.
I'm in a hotter climate. I am cycling waves of tomatoes. What ones are the best for oppressive mid day summer heat?
3d printed. Filled with resin. Ready for paint.
Anne Marie and her same page jewelry.
The disconnect begins at the top. I once had a m.e.m. I worked for, come up to me and say he was cutting all my part-timers. While also telling me there just wasn't room for a merit raise for me. Then begins to show me his new 125k camper bus. The disconnect is real and widening. I'm killing myself for 41.5 k before taxes, while the top half just coast by on bad ideas. I care that's why I rant and rave. Im watching a company sell out to wall street instead of just be a good company. My R.v.p. once showed up for a "big walk" wearing 1300 dollar cactus jacks. We all just got .51 cent raises as d.h.s. . Moving up is ok. Making money is the point(I REPEAT, MAKING LOTS OF MONEY IS GOOD.),but how quick they forget, that there are struggling people out there, keeping this company afloat. Some people just have a work ethic. We believe our hard work will pay off one day. We get licenses for no extra pay. We leave our problems at the door. We watch a bunch of do nothing's, do nothing. We are the 10% who keep this train rolling. We get a 45 buck success sharing and a .51 cent raise. We are the Os . (Even though the people under us, in ratings , get .45 cents.) We do extra for no reason, and find ways to say yes. We take every new policy, that's gonna be gone in a month, seriously for that month. We watch people who aren't from our store come in, kill morale, and leave. Ego of district on up. You guys see it. That glazed over look ur ASM and s.m. have . They know it's just a matter of time before they are a robo caller or QR code. I'm so sick of this place. It kills me to say that. Some.will say just leave. No, they are going to have to fire me. I quietly watch all the mistakes be made. I'll watch all the things wrong with this place remain wrong. Pardon me I'm just ranting and raving. Look on the bright side those bozos on the same page make lots of money and they contribute nothing. They aren't good people in power. How does Anne Marie not know how stupid she looks to the rest of us with her 8k jade necklace. She's worth 50 + million. She's not helping us do anything. Pick an acronym above A.S.M. and they are not helping. Store managers are M.I.A. moving wing stacks and sitting in back offices. Head down with blinders on. I don't know what the point of this was, But it felt good to get it out. GIVE ME AN H.
Just clock in clock out and go home.
After many years I've learned that new broken policies come and go. I've learned the people making decisions are not our best and brightest. I've learned that frank blake, Marvin, and Giles are gone. Those days are gone. We are on a run away train. Will it last, or will it crash. Who knows. Who cares. Another day another walk that doesn't matter. From another person that won't be in that position 18 months from now. Ego rules. we have leaders leading from the back. If they say or do anything they could lose their job with one phone call. They don't want to lose their 5 weeks vacation or their six figure salaries. You guys should look into the program, home Depot has, where they're paying people, to go around and talk to store managers. Take them out to lunch to, see why they're all miserable. They've invested about 20 million into this. We could cut the fat at the district level and save millions. We could put people back in the aisles. We choose not to do it cuz we're not putting our people first. The circle should just say raise shareholder value. We lie and say the goal is customer service as a front to cover the fact that we're cutting staff to the bone. You can't say hi to everyone if you're the only one. So clock in, do whatever and then clock out. It doesn't matter. My m a s m is hiding daily. He contributes to nothing. My store manager is known for being on vacation It's a running joke. We are not putting the best people in place. The pipeline is dry and the youth are not going to pick up the slack. So to the old associates, that can't go get new jobs, You better start working. Either that or start focusing on that end goal. Cuz this is an unsustainable future, that we're headed towards. They are going to hit you older associates, that are sitting at desk, with more and more unobtainable goals. Whether it's getting paint signups harder metrics and kitchen. One way or the other they're taking their 5 weeks from you and they're taking their high pay from you. They look at you like a waste of dollars. I've heard them talk about it. They don't care that you've been there for 35 years. You are a number and a dollar. Now get out there greet engage and thank. We're all going to be QR codes in 5 years anyway.
Active long term employee.
DM walks in and demands a bunch of changes. Ok that is to be expected. Bust our backs to get it done. (The 4 capable associates). DM comes back the next day and says everything looks like shit still. Ok I've done more than my share. Let it burn. They want as many people gone as possible. They want to push and push, to cut some of the pay roll, they handed out during COVID. They want it back and they don't care how they get it. If you are a long-term salaried employee, you have a target on your back. You have five weeks vacation and make over $100,000 before bonuses. They want you gone. They want to replace you with some starving CXM, that they're only going to pay $58,000 a year. With a fraction of the bonus structure. Meanwhile Anne Marie's wearing $10,000 jewelry on the Monday same page. Old employees say that the new employees don't care. They don't. they are not loyal to a company that does not appreciate them. There are two groups of people in home Depot right now. One is an old timer that sits around and makes a lot of money. The other is an underpaid, overworked, young person. Who doesn't have the loyalty to the brand. They don't care, if they're wearing a red vest or an orange apron. DMs are under pressure. Store managers are under pressure. ASMs are under pressure. They want all the high paid people gone. They want to do as much as possible with as little as possible. I've worked for circuit city. Radio shack. Toys r us. I know failing companies when I see one. People said sears would never fail. How'd that go? Clock in do your job clock out go home. I leave the department daily in shambles because we can't keep up with demand. I don't lose a wink of sleep. It is not my problem that corporate has cut staffing to the bone to try and save money. Tell Ann Marie to hit the soil and mulch wall. I've had it. Watch it burn and ride the ship to the bottom.
