ISO Chic Black Pants

Hi Everyone! I'm on a quest for chic black pants in a size 18/20 in the US. I want something with a straight or narrower leg and interesting details (think like a white stripe down the side or embroidered hems).

Ideally natural fibers, but as long as it's not polyester or acrylic it's not off the table. Up to $150 (don't tell my husband)

TY for your help ☺️

Pages from the last week!

I did a blue page to use some iced tea packaging I've had lying around, and a cat page to use up the copious amount of cat stickers I have acquired over the years

Thai Basil

Hi everyone! Does anyone have a purveyor of thai basil they can recommend?

The whole foods and trader Joe's on California have been a bust, and my thai recipes just don't taste the same with regular basil.

EDIT: Thank you everyone! I'm going to try the farmer's market on Sunday and then the TL southeast asian market if that's a bust!

Two pages from today!

Wanted to use up some of the sticker stash this week! First spread has a cut out from the grocery store mailer, second has the back of a happy mail envelope.

Software for shutting down computers before closing?

What software does your library use to shutdown the computers before closing? Our desktop PCs are basically completely unlocked, no library card needed to just sit down and use them, and we don't have long wait times for our computers either. Our main problem is that, increasingly, we have users who use the computers right up until the minute we close and don't pack up until after we are supposed to have locked the doors, despite multiple warnings that the library is closing.

We used to use PC Cop but stopped due to the cost and because it restricted & tracked user browsing in a way we didn't like. Now we are looking for a new software we can use to warn students that the computer will shut down and then actually shut it down for us.

In the feeder? Really?

Checked if we needed to refill the feeder today since a pair of mourning doves has been frequenting it, turns out bird seed perfect size for baby.

https://www.anthropologie.com/shop/maeve-sleeveless-square-neck-corset-midi-dress

I bought this dress on sale to wear to a friend's wedding in August. The model in the photos is either wearing a strapless or no bra at all, which is not an option for me. Obviously, it's going to be a bra challenge, but I want to get a Bra That Fits and at least doesn't have the cups showing (I don't mind the straps showing). I was a 38DD, but remeasured now that my boobs sag more to find I'm a 38G. Any suggestions?

Edit Breast Shape: moderate projection, even fullness 2/5, wider root
