Sarah is no stranger to being berated by her father, but this whole interaction felt very odd. Someone in this sub requested that it be posted, and I’ll admit I’m confused by it. Sarah seems to have an almost trauma-like response to the phrase “buck up,” and when she says, “You wouldn’t understand,” he laughs and says that he would…only to almost immediately backtrack with, “Actually, probably not.” The awkward silence is palpable. What exactly is going on here?

And yet they’ll donate to the Trevor Project.

Hey Pat, the Trevor Project is not about suicide awareness, by the way. It’s about suicide PREVENTION. They literally have a 24/7 team of counselors on standby, specifically geared toward LGBTQ youth who feel hopeless. A lot of that hopelessness comes from people like you who want to pretend they don’t exist. Don’t use the LGBTQ community for clout, and don’t feign a quasi-partnership with an LGBTQ ally unless you want to highlight that community.

I feel like this goes without saying, but this was nothing more than performative affection on Patrick’s part.

It started with Patrick goofing around on the Getchellettes’ live, per usual. Theresa asks her husband if he would sing to her. I’m no Theresa apologist, but it was one of those moments where you see a very human side of her, and it was kind of sweet that she asked. Patrick, being the dick he is, flatly replied, “No.”

But I think, like most predàtors and narcissists, Patrick is learning from his “mistakes” and perfecting his craft. He remembers getting dragged online for how visibly annoyed he would get when his wife tried to be involved in TikTok videos between brushing her off and the palpable irritation in his voice. So here, he catches himself being a dick and pivots into this weird banter, jokingly singing the words “to me” at her.

Theresa is evidently not impressed, so he starts treating her like a literal child. He tells her to wipe the expression off her face, calls her “young lady,” does some weird ogre walk over to her, and makes a point of saying, “She’s the only one I want to do it to.” He boops her nose and gives her butterfly nose kisses before SHE ultimately pulls him in for a brief kiss.

After more goofing around, the TikTok song “Le fuk mai pousse” comes on, and he lip-syncs it while pointing at Theresa. So I guess the implication is that he wants the TikTok audience to know he fuks her pousse?

He then rips a giant fart, comes back to the table, shuts down a question about Sarah filming a day with her nonexistent friends, and goes in for a chokehold-type hug on Theresa, who literally says, “Ouch.” He gnaws on the back of her neck and pretends to chew the top of her head like an animal before finally leaning in for a three-second kiss, during which he makes eye contact with Sarah.

Not to mention the fact that he says he deserves gallery gifts for “that one,” meaning it truly was just a performance to him.

TLDR: This man is disgusting. He doesn’t love his wife. All that affection was shitty performance art for Sarah and TikTok.

I’m still on the fence on whether T actually works, but if she does, she’s certainly lying about details. It’s embarrassing that S has to help T remember what they practiced about the favorite part of T’s own job.

Pieced together over the course of about an hour of livestream. The details are incredibly rehearsed, especially from T.
S also seemed to be adding details along the way, including the bit about the cake pops and the ice cream shop where she supposedly took those photos.

Within 2 hours, she:

1. Commuted to a restaurant that’s not in their immediate area,
2. Sat down for a full service meal,
3. Went to the grocery store to at least the bakery and soda aisles,
4. Went to get ice cream, ate ice cream, and took pictures,
5. Commuted home, and
6. Introduced two of her friends to the whole family

Can’t articulate what the book is about. Reads the back cover. Obsessed with it, but has only read 5 pages.

No shade to single parents or single people who choose to adopt. But I imagine 7-8 children as a single person is a Herculean feat, and I don’t think Sarah has thought through her cognitive dissonance on this.
